Hi everyone!
been doing many sports through out my life but somehow lost any motivation on the way. Been a year since my last boxing session which I had to quit due to the shoulder injury. My friend recommended to try testo as it might help me to get beck on track and gain motivation. He also recommended this community to gain deeper understanding how all of this works before i try anything. Here to get some knowledge and I hope for your support. Have a great day

For bloods do you guys prefer TRT clinics or is online appropriate, something like Let’s Get Checked? To he totally honest I’m trying to avoid that conversation with a doctor like: “Hi Doc, trying to get fuckn huge so I have been injecting 600 mgs of test how do I look health wise…”

This may sound “trollish” but the conversation with my Endo on first appointment was full transparency about AAS use and addiction.. her response.. get off the shit .. here’s test cyp 100mg a week. Retest bloods in April if they’re not 900-1000 I’m cutting you off..

EU and UK have similar programs. I recall reading about one that was even easier, they send you the vial to fill up yourself and ship back. You're supposed to have a nurse do it for you according to the site but it's on your to find the nurse to come to your house to draw blood with their kit.

You can order tests online. Basically you choose what you want and they send you an order to the closest private lab.

Thx fellas I’ll try Quest! So I know I fucked this up. I did not get labs before my cycle. Close to PCT. When would be ideal to get blood work in my shoes at this point?

Read read read. Alot has changed, even for those of us who pinned years ago. Plenty of knowledgable ppl here so listen to the them. Good luck in your quest for motivation. Juice doesn't really to do that for me. David Goggins motivates me instantly. Check him out. Anytime I feel lazy, I watch a video of his and I'm up ready to destroy my muscles. Hoorah.

Test weakens tendons just so you're aware. For healing I like to keep the test low and run something like EQ which strengthens tendons, deca which helps lube and strengthen as well but it also masks which can be a bad thing.
If you're still recovering, look in to a BPC and TB500, it's a great mix for healing and for building back that endurance.
