Hi everyone!
been doing many sports through out my life but somehow lost any motivation on the way. Been a year since my last boxing session which I had to quit due to the shoulder injury. My friend recommended to try testo as it might help me to get beck on track and gain motivation. He also recommended this community to gain deeper understanding how all of this works before i try anything. Here to get some knowledge and I hope for your support. Have a great day

For bloods do you guys prefer TRT clinics or is online appropriate, something like Let’s Get Checked? To he totally honest I’m trying to avoid that conversation with a doctor like: “Hi Doc, trying to get fuckn huge so I have been injecting 600 mgs of test how do I look health wise…”

This may sound “trollish” but the conversation with my Endo on first appointment was full transparency about AAS use and addiction.. her response.. get off the shit .. here’s test cyp 100mg a week. Retest bloods in April if they’re not 900-1000 I’m cutting you off..

EU and UK have similar programs. I recall reading about one that was even easier, they send you the vial to fill up yourself and ship back. You're supposed to have a nurse do it for you according to the site but it's on your to find the nurse to come to your house to draw blood with their kit.
You can order tests online. Basically you choose what you want and they send you an order to the closest private lab.

Juice doesn't really to do that for me. David Goggins motivates me instantly. Check him out. Anytime I feel lazy, I watch a video of his and I'm up ready to destroy my muscles. Hoorah.

Welcome among us ! What are you goals beside the motivation effects. Low dose nandrolone can help a bit with joints.
LongthinkerTo be honest, i am afraid of the needles )) cant really build up because of theshoulder so need to fx that one first.. for now cardio is the only thing i can do properly

Test weakens tendons just so you're aware. For healing I like to keep the test low and run something like EQ which strengthens tendons, deca which helps lube and strengthen as well but it also masks which can be a bad thing.
If you're still recovering, look in to a BPC and TB500, it's a great mix for healing and for building back that endurance.

TricepatopsWelcome! Also on that note get bloods checked before thinking you need Test. Could have normal levels and something else could be wrong. Also even if you plan on getting on Testosterone get bloods for baseline and to make sure you are healthy enough to run it.
