Hello. My wife finally talked me into getting on here. I know that she has learned quite a bit from this site and I keep telling myself that I need to get on here so I can learn some things.
I started lifting when I was about 15 and that was just over 20 years ago. I started my first legit cycle a few months ago and I've seen some good gains. I'm looking forward to future gains and a couple inches off my waist would be nice too. I plan on learning as much as possible on this site.
Ok, that's about all I got for now.
