I have seen this forum many times but never made account till couple weeks ago I figured at the very least I could get good info. Been about 15 yrs since last cycle my kids were at the age when I had to be there as a dad and husband(ball games, homework and just stuff we all do as a father. But now last son is a senior so now I can get back to where I was when I left off. I'm 5" 9 180 and 12-15%bf not as lean as I should be but I'm far from perfect.. Just figured I would stop trolling and introduce myself.
