You can try supplementing with Calcium and Magnesium. Apparently being deficient in those can set off spasm/cramps/itches. If I remember correctly I think you need 1000mg of calcium a day and around 400-500 mg magnesium.

I use electrolyte tablets this seems to help. I only get cramps/spasm on anavar but they are good for replacing your salts minarals after grafting your bollocks off in the gym

I' ve been dealing with these now almost 2 months. Their everywhere..but mostly on calfs.
Very disturbing when trying to sleep , took some bloods and everything was fine except some thyroid levels were a bit off.
Started at the end off last cycle.

Muscle spasms occur when the muscle gets overstretched/over used and lack of fluid to help it recover the muscle becomes hyperexcitable....very similar to cramps however more intense and can last for days..I get lower back spasms ( the ones that drop me to the floor) and always because I over work those muscles trying to be a 25 yr old again! Haha...u mite try and lighten up on working your abs n legs for awhile or even skip it all together for a week or two...give the muscle time to relax n get rehydrated. When u start working those muscles again doin lighter weights and less reps for a few workouts will let u know when it's ok to start really working those areas. Stay well hydrated and lightly stretch those muscles before and after any workout..stretch them a few times per day or whenever u can this can hurt like a bitch but works wonders!

I know the more the muscules grow the more that they cramp. I have heard this from several top guys and they all seem to have sort of cramps in there muscules hard for them to sleep limbs go numb to by laying on them there so friggin huge. Just a thought they take lots of vitamins and different minerals to but thereareso many I can't begin to remwmber them all but some are taurine fish oil and like vitamin c, e ,d and other's.

I find taurine helps me with cramping, muscles spasms aren't quite the same but might be worth a try.

Just curious how many cycles have you ran?
The reason I'm asking is because my first two cycles I used to get muscle spasms really bad then they stopped and never that issue again.

This is the 4th cylce over the last 3 years, and thanks to everyone for the info and advice I will take it easy and light for a bit just hard to go slow when u get focused in the gym especially when u feel like ur 20 but reality sets in and your 40

It used to be thought that dehydration or vitamin/mineral deficiency was the cause but this recent study says muscle fatigue. Of course, no one has done a study on AAS users and spasms so can't answer that although I can tell you I get wicked ab cramps on Tren.
