Hello, my name is Janosź, not an usual name but my mother is from Poland so they decided to name me Janosź 31 years ago, and I'm new here. Before I explored this forum I joined another one but it was boring there and not very much information. I speak not very good english because I am from Moscow, Russia but reading is no problem.
I'm 31 years old, live in a small flat and my hobbies are bodybuilding, reading books and I love cooking.
My parents moved to St. Petersburg in 2017 so I have my own little flat here now with 44sqft, what is big for here.
I started bodybuilding in 2016 and have good genetics, so I'm already in a good shape. I have a little bit more than 100kgs and a bodyfat of 15-17%.
I take steroids since 6 months, I use 50mg Testosteron Propionata (Farmadon) and 40mg Methandiona (Bavarian Medicines) daily, and for skin and liver care I use Tudca and Accutane, all medication from pharmacy.

I know for fact that nobody and I mean nobody in russia or eastern block or even better. - Europe. Don't use sqft. Or feet. Or inch or yard ect. Where did you came up with that? Maybe y meant sqmtr.?
But 44sqft I'd small.Deam that's small flat.
I thought one sqft has the same size like one sqmtr.
