hey all, new to this board, wow glad i found it, got into bodybuilding in irag, kinda been with it ever since. love the board, this is def not like some of the other boards i was on(where you get so confused you dont know what the hell to believe. like the true honesty and i can tell they run a tight ship here. looking forward to getting to know some of you. pleasure to come aboard. bigjeff
