Hello everyone,i just signed up a couple days ago and im looking to learn as much as i can from everyone.I stand at 6'1 and weigh in at 230.id like to pack on about ten more lbs of solid muscle and lose some body fat at the same time.im glad i found this site and cant wait to learn as much as i can.
