Hows it going guys,
Been lurking around here for quite some time now and I finally decided to join. I'm excited to be here and be a part of a community of like minded people. Currently I'm about 200ish pounds (not sure the BF% but I can see all six abs) but I would like to do my first show next year at the weight I am currently. I have been lifting for about 5 years and started taking gear a little under a year ago. Again, I'm excited to be here and continue to learn and share my experiences as well!
