FNG Here... Just wanted to say thanks in advance gentlemen

ad

35 y/o male sitting currently around 190 at 6'1" covid sloppy. Prior service army with several tours all over, so if at any point I use an acronym thats not understood stand up and throw something in my general direction or ask. I'll apologize in advance I honestly don't even know I'm doing it anymore. Got situated back where I grew up and starting it all over from here. Hopefully there are some people on here from my city and I can get some legit city advice along with the obvious advice I'll need getting back into 'go mode shape'. I'm going to start a little cycle soon here which I'll add a little something to my TRT which I just started a couple weeks back. nothing crazy as I'm just starting to really move again and also don't want to throw my blood somewhere crazy for my new doc to scratch his head at. Anyways enough about me boys enjoy the weekend and thanks for having me.

Lastly, I do want to thank all the guys here at Eroids. Being overseas so many times over the years I didn't have anyone at a gym to guide me thru this wild ride or give me face to face advice starting and refining different cycles or new compounds. But you guys were always on here writing away and giving the best advice out there so I'll be one to salute all of you here. I never made a profile or tried to reach out due to some restrictions while in but gentlemen you all saved my ass several times over and I cant thank you enough. Its great to be here and thank you all for having me. If anyone has any TRT cycle advice or anything else at all I'll be checking on this regularly. Be easy boys and keep putting rounds down range.

Welcome to the site brother. Looking forward to having u around here.. I know ur pic is old but ur stats show u to be in pretty good shape. Im guessing those are up-to-date and I can imagine workouts are nothing new to u.

My advice wld be to stay on trt longer to make sure ur bloods and body is reacting well. Maybe u can share any cycle experience u have, what ur expectations are for wanting to run gear, and what kinda diet u have. That will deffinately help.

Thanks brother I appreciate the welcome. To be honest I look and feel like garbage lately so my height and weight are a bit of a misnomer, you know. In that picture back then obviously same hight but weighing in around 225. I felt like monster strong and light as a feather. My reaction times were phenomenal, strong as what I expected of myself, and slept like a baby. Just felt great. I guess with the covid thing and I had a minor back and knee injury I took about 18 months off and just sat. Which is not like me. Finally got up and got back to it, feeling better but I know what my body is capable of. So I'm trying to get back there mentally and physically. Mentally in my opinion being just as important as any gear or sup I could ever take/put inside my body. I do have crohns disease with is a giant pain in the ass (all the pun intended) but quit doing drugs for that years and years back and regulate it with diet alone. Took a hot min to dial that in, had to do a food diary for about 20 months to figure out what was good and bad. So that was a learning curve but got that dialed in and then really focused on my lifting and workout schedule. Sky was the limit then. The body really is amazing thing and the most complex machine out there. Dial it in and WORK. Military also helped in those regards but thats a whole different conversation.

As far as my cycle exp I've done several. my first was Sust at 500mg a week for 12 weeks, front loaded with 25mg of Dbol first 3 weeks and finished with a clomid only pct. I know not the best pct but only thing I had at the time. having crohns I really wanted to be careful with the things I put inside my body. So I do my due diligence and research before making a decision. and then moved forward from there with my AAS experiences. last one was 2 years ago and it was Cyp 500 a week with an anadrol front load and pushed in some Tren and mast finished with some var for 4 weeks. that was great and I looked even better. I love that hard vascular feeling but strength is always a must for me. if I'm not strong I feel worthless if that makes sense. The whole as a man we should be the protectors yadayada I know sounds ridiculous but is what it is. and as far as my diet goes I am always on point. regardless on or off summer or winter. has to be and always remain the same. I try for around 3000-4000 calories per day which I'm sure sounds like a lot not lifting or active. But with crohns if I want to lose weight give me three days.

Expectations are to get back to the way I felt on AAS and active again. I want to feel solid, stay vascular and feel like I can do work if needed. Got my head right so now its the time and work. I appreciate the welcome brother. You and your family have a great weekend for me. Stay strong
