I just wanted to make my formal introduction. I've been lifting on and off for about ten years now, three years seriously. I found this site because a buddy of mine ordered my gear from a less then reputable source. "Ate a lays potato chip." I watched him jump up from about 200 soaking wet to about 240 in just a couple of cycles. So I figured I would let him order the gear and design the cycle for me. Long story short the source is a selective scammer sent some good gear and some bunk. Checked out the source on the internet and found this beautiful site. I love this place lots of information, drama and a great group of gear heads. I'm hoping to be a contributing member of this site.

Who'd you go with? Cant go wrong with most of the sources on the first page of reviews
