Been a while..

It's been a while since I've logged on.. few years, at least.

I will be spending more time here as I begin to get back in rhythm.

I have previously taken ph when I was younger and in the military. I did purchase some aas, years ago, from vendors here. Never did use the aas. It's actually still sitting in my closet safe. Is it still good? No crystalization, cloudiness, etc. Just don't want to throw it out if it is still useable.

My back has gotten better. My discs are no longer herniated and bulgin as much, but I still have nerve pain.

My diet is currently crap. I make healthy choices overall, but diet is not consistent. My wife is pregnant and eats a bunch of junk, so lets blame it on her.. lol.

That's about it, I think. I'll be doing plenty of reading in the coming weeks.

Most gear has a use-by date on the label, box or vial. If it only has a manufacture date then again - most gear (depending on how you stored it) will last 5 years. If there is nothing on your product, I would bin it because it was probably crap anyway. Welcome back.

Thanks! I'll double check here shortly. Most of it was purchased back in 13-14 from BigD. I see he's not around anymore. He had great reviews. It's been stored in a 3-hr fireproof safe since receipt, either under my desk or in back of my closet. Lots of mixed product (same guy), injectables and orals, I also have a bunch of PH still that I never got around to.

Hello Sir,

Welcome back to eRoids community. I would suggest to get back to the routine first - balanced nutrition, weight resitstance training, recovery. By the time you back in to the routine you may not need your hormones as you will be happy with the look that you are going to have.

Welcome back. As far as the AAS, does your stuff has a MHD on it ? With Test, if there's no crystalization etc. it's still good. The oil could get rancid but that needs some time. Most of the common stuff is even good after double of the MHD date.

But don't use it if diet is not on point and you're not 100% physical. Also you're wife needs you now (;
Clean up your lifestyle and maybe there will be a time in future when it's more convenient for you to use it.

Thanks! I'm not sure anymore, it's been a few weeks since I opened the safe. I'll double check here shortly. I'll definitely be waiting some more time before I decide to use. I've got to get back on track, plus I'm still taking classes at the local college and self-employed when available.
