So my New Year’s resolution is to continue to focus on my health and seriously improve my cardio.
It’s been a good year on here lots of quality discussion and debate , plenty of laughs and jokes and the odd pair of boobies here and there …. So here’s to more boobies and less watches going forward …. Love and peace
I was wondering where you were ya bugger!! I've had various stabs at the cardio game the past 6 months one way and another - and I honestly think there is not much you can do to improve it when on a proper cycle and you are using BP meds. I think you have to do it on TRT or when fully off for the changes to occur, be effective & really be of benefit. Gear just affects BP and HR too much is my take on it.

anvilBeen a great year around here! Lots of good info and discussions had. I truly look forward to the new year and what is store for the iron brotherhood we have here! We lost some people and added some great ones. Where ever they are in their journey, I wish them well.
People will always come and go buddy, when we talk it feels like we are just round the corner from one another but in reality are on different sides of the World ten's of 1000's of miles away! Gotta live in the moment and appreciate what we all have right at this point in time
