Hey guys---just getting ready to head out the door to go party, but before I do, I just want to leave you with this----binge drinking (i.e. getting trashed, as scientists call it), will leave you in a test deficit (free test) for a good long while----sometimes can take up to 3 weeks to fully recover your matrix----The "Matrix" is where everything is rolling---the pumps come easy and stay forever, your strength is through the roof, and you have the energy of the Roadrunner on crack.
I'm not saying dont drink----just beware of the implications if youre close to a show or have a scheduled showdown with the paper boy over a money dispute-----Not cool to get your ass beat by the paper boy.

Had some wine w the girlfriend reconnected after 5 yrs this thanksgiving 2013 and have been hanging out since. Shes into working out now w specific goals in mind and im a more mature person @ 30yrs of age. I don't drink but new years i made the exception had three half full wine glasses was good no hangover. Now time for the comeback 2014 is my year
A few glasses of wine for me! Tomorrow is the best gym day of the 1st quarter and I want to enjoy every rep.. Come this weekend my gym will be a ZOO with new years resolution wannabees.. Only saving grace is that 90% of the newbies will fall by the waste side in two months...

I'm always the DD, I don't mind either. Better for everyone that I am anyway. You'd think people would ask a lot of questions about why a 22 year old college student isn't drinking, but they are usually to drunk to realize ;)

I have said for a long time that weed is the Anti-drink for me.....if I smoke a little, I have no desire to be violent or drink.
Although, I DO get extremely horny around any woman with cat-eye glasses and behive hair-dos for some strange reason.

cant drink.. stomach wont handle anything with alcohol in it.. or for that matter other
stuff as well...so if I was to go out..i would be driving.lol..
even the smell makes my stomach turn over.
