ad
What's up guys im a noob when it comes to gear and forums I've been visiting eroids forums for about 6 months now but just became a member so bare with me if I leave anything out.
Im a 39 yrs old in good health besides a back problem. I got hurt on the job in 2006 and had my lower lumbar (spine) fused in 2009 three discs. Ever since then I live with back pain I handle it but I have my days.I've been working out 5 days a week for two years now and hit a wall when it comes to gains size that is. Every once and a while my back goes out about twice a year and lays me up for three to four weeks. Can gear help me get more strength in my lower back or make it worse cause of muscle growth around the hardware????????

First the only exercises you should do are the ones that don't put pressure on your back.
Now the diet is pretty simple, i cut all milk and dairy product, that mean all recipes that contain milk.
I also cut gluten.
Gluten is a protein from wheat, so everything that contain wheat sub product is prohibited.
After 10 days of diet i started seeing some improvement, 3 weeks later i would say
90% of the pain was gone
It was develop by the french dr Segnalet, it's been proven scientifically
Here some more details on it

Good luck my friend
Pm me is you need more tricks
Thanx I will
AnonI know this much.... A fusion in the back puts more pressure on other discs which may require more fusion surgery
Your gonna have to guard that back while working out dont get me wrong strength training is good but you don't want to over train and re injure yourself...... Be careful
Ya I found this out the hard way. Im more cautious now. Thanx bro
I went through similar problem from the cervical area, yes gear help me a lot, and no it will not fix your problem, especially if you have been fused, now the joints over and under your fused area are compensating for the mobility lost from the immobilized vertebrae, now you can try to limit the inflammation.
I know it sound weird but clay poultice and specific anti-inflamatory diet work wonders for me, after trying every pills the doctors Suggest, it is far more effective and with no risk
Ya my problem is lower lumbar but w my middle back compensating for the fusion the middle hurts most times. Can u give me more info on the anti inflammatory diet. Just like u I stopped taking all the meds.
Consistent exercise will give you strength in your lower back. Using gear while exercising can help as well, but it can also make it worse. Stronger can me you lift more than your surgically repaired back can handle and you can re-injure yourself. You have to be very careful.
As for pain improving, it just depends. Having a stronger back can help relieve pain by providing more support for your spine, but it all depends where you're pain is generating from. If it's strictly a nerve issue, then you may be out of luck. Regardless, a stronger back can only help in the long run, but please listen to your body and take is slow.
I tend to do light weight high reps and stay away fromccertain exercises. The pain is muscle pain not nerve. And if been in the gym for two yrs straight. The last problem I had was caused by a super set routine I did for two months and my body hated me for it. I saw results but the pain was unbearable at the end. Ill make sure to remember my limitations and not go balls to the wall in the gym while on cycle thanx bro
I'm glad you've figured out what works and doesn't.
When you say that it's muscle pain, are you saying that it goes away?
I think you're be fine as long as you are keen to your pain and don't overdo it. I also know several people who have had similar surgeries and have similar hardware and they've been fine as well adding new muscle.
Some pain is constant but the more severe pain is when I dont stop when my back tells me to. So ya knowing my limitations is where its at
I have two very good friends that live by it for there back problems brother.
Thanx bro
I can give you my experience brother. like you, I'm also 39 yrs young, with the very similar situation. I've had two vertebrae fused in lower back due to complete disc degeneration, in relation to working as a brick mason for 17yrs. I started aas with my training over 4yrs ago and for the most part yes, I do feel better with less agonizing pain that was more frequent before I started using gear. because you will feel better and stronger than you've had in a long time, still listen to your body and train wisely. stronger core, stronger supporting muscles= less pain.
Just what I wanted no needed to here. Your mind tells u theres so much u cant do after a injury like this. It'll be nice to have the strength and confidence to say F*** ya I can. And ya I do need to work on my core more to support my back. Thanx bro
my pleasure amigo! in time you'll find many ways around the injury and pain that you won't skip a beat.
Looking forward to those days
Be interesting if there is something out there. Do u make sure u stretch before n after workouts? Or maybe try the foam rollers on the back afterwards too?
I dont stretch as much as I should and even my doc said use a foam roller. Since im gonna start a cycle and go harder in thev gym ill incorporate them in all my workouts thanx
No problem. And u can order foam rollers on Amazon. If u rather do that at home then the gym
Sounds like u know me. I thought I would look funny lifted heavy ass weight then playing w a foam roller in the gym. Ill get over it and check my ego at the door.
Just go slow. If you have pain, minimize workouts. Dont over do it. Can you use a TENS unit?
Ya I learned this the hard way having a back problem like this u live with pain so u tend to work through it but the last time I did that I was out of the gym for two months. Next time my back said chill out I definitely will thanx
I don't think any of us know the answer to that question. I don't think you have much to lose by trying tho. I do know for minor shoulder injuries and stuff like that it works wonders. Let us know how you make out.
I will bro gonna start cycle next month keep u posted thanx
