Just wanted to say thanks. The reason I joined this site is because of back problems I was having, and was looking for an alternative to pain medicine. I joined in November a year or so ago. I can honestly say I found what I was looking for. I just had my third back surgery. First two were lower lumbar spinal fusions and the recent one was removal of hardware and a new bone graph. Because of this site I was able to learn about gear and fitness. Because of that the recovery from my last surgery has been easy and fast. So once again just wanted to say thanks for your post and advice. Thanks eroids!!!!

Thanks! I live w pain since 2006. But since I started w gear and hitting the weights hard it's got a lot easier to deal with. I just had surgery again and I feel pretty damn good. All I can tell u see an orthopedic doctor. If it's nerve pain surgery is the way to go.But either way exercise makes it easier to live w. Just pick and choose what u do in the gym by how it feels. And take it easy. Wish u the best brother. Good luck

Nice to see someone having such a positive and valuable experience here, it's got a lot of whinging little bitches about the place, put them in your shoes and it would of been the end of them lol. Takes a lot to come through what you've suffered. I wish you a golden future, your more than deserving.
