+ 1 Subq vs IM

ad

I am on trt and do subq injections ED. Just easier for me to use an insulin syringe and since I inject such little volume it works well for me. I’m only on 140mg/wk though.

Just curious if any of the people who use a lot of test 500mg+ use subcutaneous injections and how it works out for them.

Oh man my ROM on dips is damn near ears to my hands level. My RTCs have been strengthened to a point idk if anything can hurt them. And that’s with 30-40kg hanging off me. Pause in the bottom. But my RTCs have thousands and thousands of catches overhead from snatches and jerks on them too.

My shoulders and RTC's are my one main problem I have with getting a stronger Bench, always fuckin sore and cracking even from other exercises, really affects how often I can train it these days. They have have been bad since I was 21 and natty, I'd do natty deads then they would be out of action for about 5 days afterwards lol I have started to think its a genetic weakness in how they are built, from the side mine slightly hunch over like a boxers do and are not set down and back like they should ideally be. Obv this is not ideal for benching as they are slightly forward, god knows bud. Then again I know of several man mountains on here that structurally are built perfectly and they have had multiple RTC surgeries etc so who knows. I am wondering if running a TB 500 and BPC blend that many labs do now alongside a general cycle will help, not just running it once in a blue moon but the same as a cycle and getting some more veins in the area and blood flow hopefully as a result.

Can hurt to try. If only you could get down on this K4L boxes of 10 bpc157. Would make it much more affordable

I doubt you will see anyone using that method for larger doses of Test mate, the oil volume is much bigger over the week and has the potential for more lumps and pain. Plus injecting intramuscular is much more effective for achieving faster blood absorption where as when you are doing Sub q you have more fat and less/no muscle in there which means less veins and blood flow.
