Sore site marks...
ad
Anybody got any suggestions to avoiding sore site marks, and lumps after injecting? They do disappear, eventually, but, I have one that is sore like a bitch, difficult to lie on at night even. I have tried massaging it, etc, but it is hanging on. Top of my glutes. Any help?

xub3rn00dlexI don't know if others experience this as well, but sometimes my needle happens to be slightly bent and when I feel pain after injection it usually ends up being because of that.
RustyhookerX2! Dull tip feels like hook when pulled out. Gah!
xub3rn00dlexYeah, i can feel it tugging at me on the way out -.- it's one of the only times i ever see blood too
SHITE! Blood to me means wasted product... :-(
xub3rn00dlexWhy would it be wasted product?
"wasted product" is what comes out when blood starts pissing out, is often a mix with whatever you have tried to inject. I have found. Never ever had a bent needle going in though, I have bent them whilst in, especially when trying to inject into my upper arm, now that was sore! Don't do that anymore, that was in my youthful days :-)
you are wrong.
Keep in mind we are injecting OIL into our body. It takes DAYS for your body to remove the steroid hormone from the oil before it becomes active in your blood stream.
a drop of blood during injection is normal. Immediately after you take the needle out grab an alcohol swab and press down firmly to stop the bleeding.
I'll take that. Though, we all have our opinion. I was not though referring to a "drop of blood", I understand that a puncture in the skin can make you bleed, What I was referring to was a stream of product and blood immediately after removing the needle, then, you are losing what you put in, whatever the volume off loss, it's some. I can bleed a lot, hence I was looking on here for some advice on my sore site areas, and got loads. Cheers.
RustyhookerThe guys below are spot on! Heres some reading links to help as well

Get some 25s and always warm the oils before pulling and before shooting, dont do this with water based compounds though..... also slow down and take about a minute to unload 1ml... massage the area lightly as not to create scar tissue inside the muscle due to fascia stretching.... learn to use about 4/6 sites so that you rotate pinning to help sore areas settle down.
Nice one. Just ordered the 25's with 38mm pin. Which sites would you suggest to rotate? Only ever used Glutes and top of arms to date. I need to let the area settle down, you're right. And, like I have mentioned, I am definitely going way way too quick.
Ventro gluteal... pecs, delts are my favourite both front and side head... lats, traps, triceps, biceps are a bit of a bitch for me with being full of veins... quads as empee says.. you have about 4 spots on the quad you can pin.
Try spotinjections.com for more insight and some techniques bro ok.
Good advise. I will pin again on Saturday, letcha know bro' :-)
Quads are big and easy =)
Okies. Never done it there. Will de-virgin my quads on my next pinning! :-)
Check www.spotinjections.com =)
Cool. Letcha know how I get on :-)
What size pin are you using? I switched from a 22g 1" to a 23g 1 1/2" pin and the problem was solved.
23g 1.25 pin. I think reading through Empee's post that I am going too fast, and possibly will do the warming ritual too first. Like I said, one is a proper sore bastard. It's off a suspension, Winstrol. Ouch!

Very concise! Cheers. :-)
