Solid gains/ not water weight

What would be a decent cycle to gain mass but not a bunch of puffy water weight....I'll always have test as one of the compounds..but would like to have two more plus an AI if needed. Currently 220 and and looking to start this in roughly 20 weeks..I'll up my calories and carbs intake but currently even with those at a deficit I still consume 280-300g of protein per day.

Lil bit of glycogen load boosts strength and healing. One reason folks choose dianabol. Kreb cycle etc. Overuse then sure you go past the needed load. Test deca mast and dbol/drol. Pick one. Its foods too that hold or drop water. 20 weeks from now you should have a focused goal. Its bulk mass or spring summer cut. One direction dictated by diet.

EQ and Tren is a good combo, as Tren completely kills my cardio, but EQ improves cardio, so it actually balances out. With just Tren alone, I can just walk to my car and be huffing and puffing; it's a bit embarrassing, lol. You can also add Anavar, although Anavar can be expensive. Even on Tren, I noticed a big difference when adding Anavar at the end of the cycle.

Well you’ve got plenty of time to think about it. Depends on cycle length and previous experience. I like the eq idea below if it’s a long cycle. It’s also a great compound for cardio which would also keep you trim. For a 12 week cycle I would entertain the combo of test/mast/npp.
I just had to abandon this combo as I couldn’t handle the sides from the NPP in my current living situation but it was definitely doing great things.
It’s a combo worth researching for gaining serious muscle without the bloat.

sorry about the sloppy format man.

Goal over 2 years would be to hit 245.

I Still need to cut BF and continue to get more lean.

My end goal is just to be about 245.

So my next cycle I was considering at least 3 compounds like I'm doing now but a different cycle just to trial and error.

I understand that even though I'm losing BF currently I'm still getting lean muscle even with the cycle I'm on...started at 223-225 and I'm 221 so not to much weight loss but there's still a difference in my pictures.

I could cut on TRN E and with test along with VAR at the end run trne for at least 8-10 weeks since it's a longer ester.

Or just cruise on test for awhile...I know it takes time...and if anything I'll just go right to what I'm doing now again...over the next few years I'll really see an difference...I bust my +++ in the gym my diet is good...

Only reason for TrnE is because I don't want to pin EOD...just a booster for a cycle..

Equipoise and Anavar is a nice combo for that I think.

Might not need as much AI with the EQ, when I ran EQ with Test my estrogen was in range with 0 AI (360 T, 480 EQ).

EQ needs 16-20 weeks for optimal results, very long half life. Toss in the Anavar as a finisher in the last 6-8 weeks. Cycle requires patience but the end result should be keepable gains with an aesthetic look rather than water buffalo mode.

Also, a lot of people recommend donating blood halfway through an EQ cycle to thin your blood, and the higher your EQ dosage the more AI properties kick in, it's possible to crash E2 for some people at high doses so getting a blood test partway through is a good idea for both checking E2 and blood counts.

Time. Once your taking in enough food and training right to see change happening just keep doing it day in and day out and it will keep going that way. IMO just cruising on a little test right now I feel as solid and almost as strong as when I ran way too much gear for really no reason. See I was mislead when I got in this thinking running gear was just going to shape me and make me better. The gear only enhanced what I was already doing. Whether it was good or bad. BUT I literally became a different looking man after running sustanon/trenbolone acetate/anadrol 210# of twisted fucking steel I was, bruhh. And still have it
