I don't agree with the legal system.

I was thinking about why would you ask this question. Then I remember some fuckers copying your site to scam people. If you have their info I wouldn't dox em. I would deal with it myself.

UncleYoked's picture

I know who it is, no one associated with me directly but a former source who is angry that I called him out for being a scamming piece of trash. It doesn't affect me any. It hurts hard working people and hurts the industry as a whole.

Izzy75's picture

Completely agree and appreciate the fact that you are looking out for us.

Well I would like to know who is a repeated offender, because I don't like to lose money and if there is a way to flag someone as a scammer it should be done. Snitching to the police and let people in this community know that someone is a scumbag are two completely different things. People keep repeating the same thing they hear from others: "if you're in this game you need to learn when you lose bro". Well that's bullshit, that's why we have a scoring system and reviews. That's why fake reviews by sketchy vendors are not tolerated. The whole point of eroids is so you can have a better idea of whom you send your hard earned money too. Fuck scammers.
...and if you think I'm not street smart you're quite wrong... very wrong. Actually getting stabbed for selling dummies where I live is quite the common thing to do.

I don't think you understand the thread. The thread says if someone is a known scammer should it be let known to the community or should the monitors stay quiet. Doxing of private info does nothing. What on earth I'm I going to do with the name and address of someone in China, Turkey or Ukraine? I just need to see the info regarding the scams. They don't have to give any personal info. They just would let everyone know that so and so are known scammers and the name of their sites. Actually I think is even this site responsibility to let us know otherwise why are so many other good sources paying to be in the review and voting system? If they stay quiet knowing that someone is a scammer they would not be fair to the hundreds of good sources using this system. Believe me these old fellas here know technology and how to track these scumbags, plus I refuse to believe they would allow a known scammer to be part of eroids just for money. Eroids is their baby and I've seen Greg's gym, they have crazy money.

I voted no, but a rat is a rat. I’m not so sure two wrongs make a right here, karma is a real thing. To be transparent, I figure the government knows who most if not all of us are. As long as we’re not doing anything stupid, rubbing it in their faces, involved in disgusting stuff like child porn, I think for the most part they understand most of us are otherwise law abiding gym rats and a few are trying to make a few bucks. I’m probably wrong, but I like to think the Feds are pretty realistic. I definitely don’t see them knocking down your door at 5am for having a half dozen vials in your basement.

UncleYoked's picture

A rat is someone who protects themselves by throwing others under the bus.
I personally don't see dropping the name of someone who has scammed hundreds of people (multiple times) as a rat move. Especially knowing that same person will be back to do it again.
So is protecting a thief more important than protecting hundreds of your bros, that's the real question.

Drexyl's picture

Valid point. I don’t know, a rats a rat, the whole doxing thing is bad, especially with what we do here… once that ball picks up momentum it may not be easy to stop.

Bit of a Dodgy area this one as there are lots of things to consider. BUT its still effectively like saying 'Should someone be grassed up to the cops for being involved in the Steroid business?! I'd say ratting someone out is still being a rat.

If someone is stupid enough to send money to a known scammer when there are SOOOO many indications on here including thousands of comments, SI page discussions, Reviews etc as to who is a trustworthy source and who is likely to rip you off then its their own fault.

UncleYoked's picture

well, doxed to the people he scammed or the public at large

Tbh I guess if I had ever been scammed myself, then I would be wanting blood lol

No but I will say I can see how some will frown upon it. It’s hard being the bigger man sometimes.

I'm a firm believer in karma and by karma I mean being as petty as possible by leaving such a long lasting impression that the other person regrets ever doing whatever it is that they did for the rest of their lives

Sithx66's picture

Lmao I’ve been trying to change that mind set but it’s hard not being a Petty King.

No, once someone chooses to scam and steal from others, they forfeit their right to anonymity. Actions have consequences. As simple as that !
