Reuse Syringe and Replace needle tip

ad

I was curious as to what you guys think about reusing syringes with a new tip, up to this point i have been using a new syringe and needle tip each time i pin, and its not that its getting expensive but i would like to save a little money, does anyone just replace the needle tip and reuse the syringe portion? IF so what sanitary precautions should be followed. Any comments welcome!

One the side of the box the syringe came in, you might or might not see the word DISPOSABLE.

I looked on my it is not there !! Instead the word AUTOCLAVABLE is present, so yes you can reuse them after autoclaving them and save money on syringes, anyone know the cost of a good autoclave ???

I have a steam iron... Maybe with some distilled water and some pressure...

Hell, a pressure cooker would work in a pinch,..............like when SHTF.

But for now I'm just using a new one every time.

I guess a penny saved is a penny earned... I resharpen my pins using the emery board on a book of matches for twice the savings.

And save a little money you will... very little.

I would take all the money you save and put it in a jar. Then someday, when you retire, you might be able to buy yourself a happy meal.

Keep thinking like this and someday you can be a great government employee ;-)

SERIOUSLY???? just the possibility of contamination should answer this for you bro. save money on kicking a habit or something. 100 syringes for 15 aint shit so dont reuse its not necessary.

Yea man idk if it would be safe it let the left over oils that I'm sure are stuck to the sides and tip a little laying around and then mixing with new oils from the vial...better bet to probably just switch it up every time and I know you would like to save the money man but order from amazon box of 100 for $20.00 no shipping....pretty cheap cost and will last you.months also if not a fan of ordering them online for whatever reason tractor supply has them out on the shelves with regular inventory for rigtht around same place and lastly, not sure if ur from the UK but think u can go to medical supply places get them for free from what I have read around here
