+ 6 RESPONSIBILITY

ad

A MUST around here when spouting cycle advice! There is a brother here who just cut himself down (natty) by 50lbs and did a GREAT job!! I love to see the guys doing the work BEFORE they turn to AAS.
But then there was a response to him that raised my eyebrows:

I found that T3, Tren, and HGH Is the shit for cutting. Almost no cardio and eating as much good food as you can stomach . If you're not into that many compounds try just 2 Cypoinate and Tren or Masteron.. Keep up the hard works it's showing.

Now I know this brother meant well and he is very encouraging BUT pointing a new guy in the direction of T3, TREN or HGH is just plain irresponsible (intentions set aside)

I understand that on this board (and in this world) we are very casual about alot of things but let us not forget that we are dealing with dangerous compounds. Our casual attitudes may diminish that factor and our newer brothers just may follow suit into areas beyond their knowledge, neccessity and skillset...

Be responsible brothers (AEROK RIP)

Right on.

The problem is that they're a lot of members who kinda regurgitate what they've read on the internet, or some supposed pubmed study. They are giving advice without any sort of practical application to speak of. So yeah, in theory a certain grouping of compounds works together well one way or another, but may present some harsh side effects for anyone running the cycle. That's where experience comes in to play. It's great to be book smart on the pharmacology of this game, but without the experience and practical application, no one should be preaching any protocols.

Pank said it below with the 2 schools of thought, and there is definitely a stark contrast amongst them. When it comes down to it, the first step is to be realistic in our goals. Everyone has a wall at one point or another that they're not gonna pass. Myostatin and genetic limitations / diminishing marginal returns will win, regardless of what and how much you pump into yourself.

The best approach is to always look at everything from a nutrition and training standpoint, above the drugs. It promotes longevity and a healthier body. Simple put, a healthy body grows better than one that isn't. The main mechanism that these drugs promote growth (aside from recovery) is nutrient utilization from nitrogen and glycogen. If the diet is off, it's just like flushing money down the toilet taking more gear.

I'm a young guy myself and far from know everything. I forum stalk the guys that appear to have longevity and read through their posts and experiences. Obviously if they're kicking around at upper 40s and 50s looking better than those half their age; they figured out how to do something right and maintain their health. A lot of these monster cycles are preached by kids with no patience.

You saying this and proving it with that advice you gave on nutrition was spectacular! Your 27 and obviously the epitome of the bodybuilding lifestyle. So you saying this carries more weight than even any older vet, simply because those who are you will dismiss it as they just don't want me to get big fast like they did lol.

I honestly hope you keep posting on these boards and making this point over and over again. Because you are the walking proof of how emphasizing food, and training as the majors and steroids for the support can be the most viable way to long term success.

Thanks brother, it means a lot to hear that. I owe a lot to this lifestyle, it gave me focus and direction at a time in my life when I didn't have it, but desperately needed it.

Diet is critical in my book and I do bend over backwards to help when I can. The few people I've helped here would attest that I didn't give them a cookie cutter approach, I gave them an understanding of how and why things work so they can tailor the diet to their needs. If seen enough close friends make mistakes (wrecking lipids, hypertension, mild heart attacks)to idly sit by and not say anything.

AEROK RIP

Damn! That just brought back an ugly memory. Perfect example of a young bro doing what the other guys are doing.

From what have learned here there seems to be twos schools of thought one with a major emphasis first on diet and training with aas as the minor and vice versa. The problem with using steroids as the prime booster of fat burning etc is they lose their potent kick with each cycle. Meaning you have to up the dose to get the same result as the first time. So where does it end. I look at Viking and believe it is not because after all these years a gram a week of tren is why he looks that way but because of his incredible discipline with diet and clean living. I am definitely of the school of thought hard work first with less drugs then after you have done everything natural add as needed.

you have to up the dose to get the same result as the first time.

Very true. Reason for that deals with receptors. Receptors are a part of the living cell. If you consider receptors as a percentage of the cells within the body, you can start to see how this affects dose effectiveness.

The compounds we take have to build up to an "active" level subjectively. I say subjectively because it boils down to the amount of receptors in the individual. These compounds need to interact with enough of our cells to Begin to yield a noticeable effect. So a majority of receptors must have become bound to the hormone in order for this to take place.

Since hypertrophy and hyperplasia increases the size and numbers of cells within the body, you should be able to see how this affects the "active level" subjectively. The more you cycle and grow, the greater the tissue increase. The greater the tissue increase, the greater the number of receptors in the body.

That explanation is so good and even the very reason why people build such a tolerance to all medications ,alcohol etc. This is the stuff that only those who are wise at a young age will take to heart, unfortunately I fear that is won't be many. Still though what an advantage to have it being said over and over!

Couldn't agree with you more brother. So many people fail to realize something's like: what works for one person isn't always gonna work for or be appropriate for the next person.

We ask for stats, cycle history, and goals for a reason guys. Stats tell us that you're either too young or that your BF is a risk factor for increased sides. Cycle history tells us what compounds you've ran and which ones you're ready for. And the goals is a multifaceted piece of information. It lets us tailor the cycle to meet the goals, and by that I mean not just the compounds but the training and diet as well.

I say this more and more everyday:

Stop enphasizing the gear!

I can run one cycle the same way, and depending on how I train and eat, I can enter bulk, cut, or meet in the middle.
