Recomp Question
ad
First of all, I'm not saying that I'll be doing this now, but still I want to know. Okay, so when you do a recomp cycle, what would your calorie intake and training look like: ie, heavy weights and moderate calories? Also, I have about 9wks left of a test/eq cycle, which could be used for a recomp: would 9wks be enough to benefit or should I continue my bulking plan? The reason why I'm asking is: I'm considering getting my bf down to 8% or so.

9Weeks recomp is plenty time. Simply keep good proteins and veggies high. No carbs after two. Im on full recomp test/eq. Working great! Look in foods section. Vike....tread...bigDbag...cdaddy added many ideas on clean eating. Im full all day on fish, chivken, lean beef, veggies. Morning carbs are oats before gym in blender with yogurt and whey. Noon is meat, brown rice veggies. Rest is meat n veggies . Last meal at 11pm
Thanks. I will definitely chech it out. I do have a couple more questions, if you don't mind: how many calories should I take in and how much cardio if any should I do?
When eating really clean.....just flat eat. Many easy calories on bulking from carbs. Im doing 30mins on bike a day. Lately been biking in morn after workouts and latenight too. But i had quite a bit of fat to burn off. Eq for me seems to burn extra calories. Last eq cycle simply eating many small meals and hard in the gym...i still leaned up to well below 10%. The food gurus are better at breaking it down by meal. If you're already lean a lil 30min on bike whete you're sweaty but can easily hold a convo is enough to burn it off quickly.
tread-mNice couple of posts !
Thank you big bro! It's not as busy as usual so can get more indepth.
Okay. Thanks again.
