Well I just wanted to tell everybody how happy I am that I joined! Most everybody is nice and very helpful it seems as if I learn something everyday! In my day to day life nobody trains so it is nice to come into this community and talk to and learn from all kinds of people like us that train! Talk training and live this lifestyle !! Anyways thanks to everyone!
