Ok, so I am on tren for a couple weeks and prolactin issues surface. This is my 1st time running this compound so i foolishly thought some letro or aromasin would do it. Boy was i wrong, so i ordered / recieved my pramipaxole or w.e the spelling is. I dosed .5 ml at 1mg per ml. 30 minutes later dangerous projectile vommitong to the point where i feared my esophogas was going to rupture, however almost immediatley all the prolactin sides started to diminish. Gyno subsiding, insta sex drive, so my question is what did i do wrong and what is the ideal dose/ time to take

WithdrawlYes, start slow! I took my first dose ever last night and had no problems. I only did 6 units on the oral syringe (.06cc) which means I ingested 0.12mg of Prami. Not one side effect. I'm going to run this dose for three days then up it to .14 and keep upping the dose every three days till I get to .5mg. I've been doing a lot of research on prami leading up to this and everyone says the same thing.....start low and build up very slowly. Also, most recommend taking it an hour or so before bed. That way you sleep through most of the side effects like drowsiness or nausea. But if you slowly build up your dose, hopefully you won't have any side effects.
So on a 1ml 100 unit syringe i should dose 10 units before bed? I got the prami from ar-r its deff legit i feel it already. Also i take it every day?
WithdrawlLooks like yours is 1mg/ml. Mine is 2mg/ml so my dosing will be different than yours. So yes, 10 units would be 0.1mgs which is right around what I started at with no problems. Then you can increase it by 10 units every three days till you get to the dose you want. It seems like a lot of people like 0.5mg but you may not even need to go that high. And yes, take every night.
Thanks im done w tren but still am on test, and am planningnto finish off w anavar and winstrol shots for the last 6 weeks. I feel im proned to elevated prolactin in general, do you think i should run for the whole cycle
WithdrawlI'm really starting to think I'm prone to prolactin as well. This past year I've had many problems with sore and puffy nipples, even when on some serious AIs. I bumped my tren dosage up over a week ago and very quickly my nipples became way more sore. After my one small dose of prami last night, my nips feel totally normal and they haven't felt this way in over a month I know it's too early to tell but so far I'm really impressed. Honestly man, I don't seewhy you can't keep up the prami at a low dose. Without the tren it probably won't take much at all to keep prolactin down.
Agreed, im switching from letro to aromasin so no rebound. I also was reading up on some studies / asked a friend who tried it. He said 10-20mg of nolva every day will shrink existing gyno, unfortunatley i had lumps from puberty that never went away so im prone to gyno. Its not bad but i was thinking of judt having the surgery to remove the glads completley either way
WithdrawlI've never had any luck shrinking gyno with nolvadex. Letro worked a little bit. I have some lumps from puberty too. I think if your gyno has been with you for a while it's pretty slim chances you'll get rid of it without surgery. Doesn't hurt to try though.

biggerthanyouHey bro you need to start your dose lower and gradually raise it up. Start at .125 mg so 1/8of a ml. Then gradually ramp up by .125 e3d. I wld suggest taking it at night one hr before bed. .5 would be the highest you should go but take ur time gettin there!
I believe the dosing is .125 Ed. I maybe wrong on that. Maybe Dossier31 can answer that. He'd be the guy to ask. Rustyhooker and SexyMexy also.
