+ 2 Possible Gyno

ad

5’ 10” M, 216 lbs, 10% bf, running 500mg test c, 250mg Mast, 400mg Deca and 8mg TB500 every week. 6iu HGH, 500mcg BPC157, and 50mg Anavar daily. Supplements include 300mg vitamin b6, selenium, zinc, 250cg b12, 65mg ferrous sulfate, vitamin c, creatine, glutamine, fish oil, and vitamin d.

This morning I was doing DB Scott Curls and my chest was pressed against the bench at the gym and my left nipple area was very sore and tender. It still feels sore and tender and I can’t tell if there’s a small lump behind my nipple or if I’m just paranoid but either way I’d rather take whatever steps I can to slowing if not preventing any permanent gyno from occurring assuming that hasn’t happened already.

As of now it is Thursday, the 12th of June and I have bloodwork scheduled for Saturday the 14th of June but even still those results will take about 10 business days to get back to me.

I’ve heard of guys using Arimidex, Aromasin, nolvadex, caber, and Clomid to combat gyno but it seems so much of it is bro science that I might just throw the kitchen sink at it.

Has anyone had experience with the beginning stages of gyno and successfully stopped or reduced or reversed the process? What products did you use? How much and how long?

Any gurus here, what would you do if you were in my position? I’ve found lots of anecdotal stories in my prior research before even getting on cycle but I’d really like to hear from the forums as there may be new info or new ideas I have not yet come across that may be beneficial.

Thanks in advance!

I'd be careful taking anything oral with colitis. Even ancillary meds.

Yup. Been treading lightly and slowly. So far all is good.

before you see your bloodwork results, you can always take aromasin and caber, it could be either e2 or prolacin for taking deca.

No08's picture

Immediately after posting this I took 12.5mg Aromasin and 0.25mg Caber.

I have to be amazed at doing all those compounds at once and not having a clue about estrogen or prolactin or AI. Sometimes I do feel we are doomed as a society.

No08's picture

If I was clueless I would be worried as well. However, I had AI and Caber on hand before starting and researched what to do.

Once I had a potential symptom, my confidence in my research plummeted so I figured reaching out to the community to confirm the proper course of action would put my mind at ease because, even though I read about what to do, I’ve never actually waded the waters of a potential gyno symptom so further reassurance was very comforting.

Thanks!

Not to be rude, but you should have had this information about ancillaries before starting, so you wouldn’t find yourself in this situation. I hope it's reversible.
Anyway, here you'll find all the information you need to stay as safe as possible.

No worries man. I did have all this info before starting and I had Aromasin and caber on hand before starting as well as other ancillaries.

I just wanted to confirm the info with live feedback because my paranoia was making me second guess myself.

I didn’t want to run the AI until bloodwork or symptoms said I need it as opposed to just running it.

To immediately block the receptors, go with Nolvadex. To lower the circulating estrogen, use an AI as others have suggested. I recommend always keeping one on hand when using AAS. Separate matter for high prolactin caused by Deca — in that case you need bromocriptine or cabergoline. They're a bit expensive but essential when using a 19-nortest (Deca/Tren). Good luck.

Its called estrogen, when you nipples are sore you need to pop an anastrozole it will be gone within hours.

No08's picture

Is there a way to differentiate between estrogen-induced gyno and prolactin-induced gyno without bloodwork?

Aggieguy's picture

No but most likely it is estrogen unless you have enlarged breasts and starting to get a milky discharge from your nipples. I am serious take an anastrozole and your nipples will not be sore in a few hours it is most likely estrogen.

No08's picture

I went with Aromasin as my AI so it’s what I have on hand. I just took another one but I’ll definitely be looking to get some anastrozole as well.

If you aren't using anything currently, I would just get on some Aromasin 25mg every third day and see how you go on that, increasing to EOD if you feel you need to. You will already be getting a little bit of help from the Zinc but it doesn't seem like it is enough. Are you Iron deficient with you taking quite a large amount of Ferrous Sulphate mate?

No08's picture

I was having some iron deficiency issues due to Ulcerative
Colitis so I have been taking this. Bloodwork on Saturday will let me know if I need to stop or not. The bottle I have is 65mg per pill so I didn’t think it was that large of a dose but I’ll re-read my bottle. Maybe it said different.

I took 12.5mg Aromasin and 0.25mg Caber immediately after posting this. I’ll definitely double down on the Aromasin tho.

press1's picture

For someone who has no Iron/haemoglobin issues - then yes 65mg per day of Ferrous would be a lot, but if you have an Ulcer and have been loosing blood then it is understandable why you would be using that dose!

No problems homie Jones!!

No08's picture

I just looked at the bottle again. It is 65mg per pill and it’s labeled as “high potency.”

I’ll keep running it like I have been because now I’m interested to see what my bloodwork will say tomorrow haha.

Sounds like your e2 is high and with deca then the prolactin goes high. Prolactin follows e2. So...wheres your ai? How many weeks in? What da you got??

Edit see b6....and 10days? Privatemdlabs like next day

No08's picture

Private med labs is what I’m using but from the blood draw to results takes 7-10 days.

I forget how many weeks I’m in but it’s close to 16-20 so I was getting ready for cruise anyways.

I have Aromasin on hand. Immediately after posting this I took 12.5mg Aromasin and 0.25mg caber because I made sure to have that on hand as well.
