+ 2 PERSERVERENCE!
One of the less talked about subjects. I know most of us are truly dedicated but I am also sure most of have those days when we "just aren't feeling it"...
I have had an extremely busy week preparing for a three wk, three destination walkabout but have kept up my routine thus far. I am tailending 12wk test e var cycle that I am cleaning with some mast p. I go on cruise starting next wk and today I am just not feeling it. I need to (at least as far as I am concerned) blast out these last two days full force before I fly out tomorrow night. Yes there is still lots to do but commitment is commitment so I have just choked down a shake and am getting my lazy ass to the gym. "I don't feel like it" is not an excuse for not hitting the iron just as much as "I'm not hungry" is not an excuse to not eat.
The "fuck its" suck for me cuz one lazy day can easily lead to two, then my diet starts to slip then I am fighting with myself and my headspace gets messed up and fucks with my rhythm
So just for today Hllwd 1 Fuck its 0!

i been feelng much of the same way lately, +1 from me for the encouragng post. its good to see im not the only one, i trained obsessively, to the point of overtraining so much it hinders my gains, for the last 3 years ... except for the last month or so. ive been findng more and more excuses not to hit the gym, and i dont like it one bit. post cycle robbed me of a lotta motivation, strugglng to get back in my groove, but im gettn there. thanks again for this my man
There are a lot of days I feel like skipping it, but it also seems the more I try talking myself out of it the better the workout ends up being.
BigBmajWhen I'm dragging I tell myself "you can do anything for an hour". And I can do anything well for an hour. Ill put some music on and find it somewhere in me.
If I feel really weak or off, I'll pick one part of my body to completely annihilate. If training legs for instance - ill just do every hamstring exercise I can think of. It's easier to manage a smaller part and really pour your heart into that sometimes.
...No AC at the gym to boot LOL! But got back routine done ( as well as a nice sauna during) and YES I feel fkn great! Tomorrow is arms (my vanity group) so that will not be an issue!

Brother the GYM was like a suana, I don't sauna (here) my man, this is Hollywood and some pretty weird shit happens in the saunas around these parts LMFAO!
