+ 1 PCT after DECA myth
I am getting a little annoyed with this myth. It is common practice for gurus to state that PCT should start 4 weeks after Deca.
Deca has a half life of ~2 weeks(15 days). If you take 600mg every week you will have about 1200mg in your body by week ~5. if you come off.....
Week 0: 1200
Week 2: 600
Week 4: 300
Week 6: 150
Week 8: 75
Also in documented studies it has been shown that after an administration of 100mg of deca there is a total shut down of testosterone. Unfortunately, PCT starts way later than most people think. Considering that with this example you still have 150mg by week 6. It is also why people still feel there joints are smooth weeks later.
No hate ;) i just dont believe a time frame like that can be given to quantify when a drug leaves your body especially with the variety of dosages/protocols. (150mg-1,000mg)

What I did last cycle was dropped the deca 2 weeks before test e and then pinned test prop the following 2-weeks, wait 3-days and right into PCT.

You're right, we actually went over this many years ago, rusty will remember, Viking made the thread I believe. I believe we came up with pct starting like 5 weeks after eq, similar to deca, 4 weeks after test e or c. But we never followed it. I think it takes me about 4 weeks after last pin for test levels to drop.

And you also fail to mention the metabolites stay in your system close to a year. And tgey still can cause issues.

RustyhookerFolks have gone with the 21 days, 3 weeks later method. Ive gone the 4th week to be lil more clear of long esters. Running short esters usually.
Harsh chems, you can easily go longer on pct as well. Theres a bloods group with interesting views/proofs on improving pct by keeping estro in check. The aro pct is one such means as is a hcg blast outlined by Llewellyn. The two weeks before pct hcg is blasted to help reboot. The oral pct tabs of do take some time to get into your system.

Since we keep estro in control up til pct, there can be a point in where you must listen to your body. If estro is too low, the joints get sore so stop the aro.
Blood group also shows proofs of prolactin slowing or halting reboot. So if you're week 5 bloods show the need for caber, you can easily run it into 2nd week of pct.
So much to research..... so lil time...

A good dude on here in the past...sgtstedanko...had me research horney goat weed as well. There's plenty of med research online and during pct keeps me horney. Imo...dont use the goat weed with yohimbine. For me it gives a bad reaction. The basic goat weed with maca puriens though worked nicely.

I'm using quarter lives due to the difference between 1week dosing protocol and 2 week half life. Which is not quite accurate as the decay isn't linear but by the time you get to the half life is completely accurate.
I don't know anyone who runs deca for 5 weeks but after 8 weeks there should be 1900 mg. If you're saying that one should wait longer to begin pct, then this would suggest that one wait a bit longer.

This is assuming that the half life for deca is actually 2 wks. I think people running longer esters in general often don't realize how long they take to clear.
