I was really hesitant on posting these. Internet is scary and full of trolls. Anyways i know i look like shit, for now. 3 months off i think, going off until december or until i feel like it. One cycle under the belt. I can post bloods from hormones and my general health bloodwork. Came off perfectly healthy and had a doctor look at my labs. I got accutane to treat my acne so no big deal. Also got pharma grade clomid gonna run 25mg every day for next three months. (Standard in the medical community). Weight was (about) 85kg in these photos. Currently 82kg 3 months later. Strength is about the same, i have lost some water and I am not eating anywhere near as much as when I was on cycle. (No hunger)

Steak burgers and pizza is my recommendation for yourself. Kill it at the gym religiously, heavy weight with a couple of minutes between sets, high volume with little rest between sets doesn't work for me and doubt it would work for you judging by your current physique.

Most humps walking around these days would not mind to "look like shit" as you do.

You've got good shape. But you are quite young to be hopping on and off.

First of all, you really need to start eating. Early and often. Starting with a large breakfast. And then keep eating.

So many blokes go to the gym religiously but how many look tremendous consistently?

The difference always is the diet. You are going nowhere fast unless your diet is locked in, always, whether on gear or not.

If you aren't hungry you could always try using GHRP-6 to increase your appetite.

No hunger+ leg hurts so won't train for awhile= wasted cycle there goes all the gains you made and then some

100℅ started gear to early. Hold off for your next cycle and get some good food down you keep training hard and build a good solid base otherwise you are just going to keep ending up back where you started with not much quality muscle gained.

Looking lean bro. However, I say hold off on cycling for a bit longer and really focus on eating. I bet you could get to 210 without using anything.
