This is just me giving myself a pat on the back, Ive hit a few personal bests. Ive 3 weeks left on cycle, been pushin it hard in the gym but not at the max of my range. This week I loaded the bar to see what I got.
Flat bench 200kg x 6 reps
Front shrugs 300kg x 6 reps
Deadlift 240kg x 6 reps
Have a bit more left but not wantin to push my luck with injury. So pat on the back for me. Keep up the good work folks.
