overtraining (overreaching) on AAS vs off

ad

Just wanted to hopefully get a few opinions or even some anecdotal science as to the possibilites/limitations of overtraining when cycling AAS.

I'm sure most of us know that its a common mishap among over-eager beginners to train the hell out of the muscles they want to get bigger..under the logic, 'Since weightlifting seems to makes me bigger/stronger im just going to train all day 7 days a week and that will = a faster body transformation..'..but of course we all know that our muscles actually grow when we are resting as they repair to a bigger state from the breakdown caused by working out. usually this process naturally takes about 30-50 hrs to complete.

...but what about while cycling? it's proven fact that AAS drastically speeds up AND aids in muscle recovery- usually the time is faster than 24 hrs..so doesn't this mean we can get away with training both more intense and more often while cycling? for example- training each muscle 1x intense a week vs 2-3 intense

I've tried to do some research on the matter. several dif opinions were stated..often split responses between nattys and gearheads..without really ever coming to any solid conclusions I thought eroids would be a good place to get some opinions on this since we all have experienced both sides of training on vs off.

Off of my personal experience it seems that you can definitely overreach your training while on AAS to significant benefit. No matter how hard I train a given workout, I'm almost NEVER still sore by the next day. However, one has to be real careful not to get carried away and hurt themselves. We all know the juice can definately make us a bit bolder..But I say, as long as youre careful monitoring your body and taking proper precaution (lots of stretching, warmup sets for each exercise) you can get away with some noticable extra gains in both strength and size

What do you think? agree, disagree? I think this is a pretty significant factor..especially for AAS users like myself who take very long breaks between cycles (though I must admit I am only on my 3rd cycle ever) and do everything they can to squeeze out every oz of gain possible in a given cycle.

Well bro it is a topic very close to my heart this one. I have told people over the years that you still can definately still over train while on cycle. Yes for sure your muscle recovers at a far greater rate while on cycle. That being said when on a cycle you really have to train harder as well to get the gains. AAS is not a body in a bottle is what I have been saying for a very long time. Now when you are placing greater strains on the body ie loads you are also increasing the stimulation to your Central Nervous System (CNS), now it's the muscles that are recovering at a far greater rate while on AAS not the CNS. So for recovery to still take place the CNS still need to be firing at its optimum level. So all the crap aside I am sure that you can overtrain while on gear.

Your right on point. Its easy to over train when juicing. Especially because you are not getting sore. I am guilty of this. However wallabokkie said it best. Not just your muscles need rest but your joints, tendons, and never even thought of it but your cns
