+ 1 One good thing about pct
ad
Even though I have lost some weight early in my pct here (don't really know if any is actually muscle). I have noticed that I have a bit more definition, mostly my abs look way better especially my bottom abs that are finally showing up a bit. Also, I was pretty vascular before, but now I have even more veins busting out everywhere. Is this probably just me shedding away subcutaneous water? I'm still taking aromasin 12.5 mg ED in with my pct.
Gotta find the little things to keep yourself optimistic!

valhallas bestnice!
FR sent to you, Mate.
Need to ask you something PRIVATELY
Darron614For sure. I accepted PM me.
Thanks, Mate. PM sent.
I noticed stuff like this as well... The most I noticed was loss of strength, and a little bit of weight as you. What I did really notice that was positive, was my drive. I pushed it so much harder... Knowing that the real cycle was beginning at the end... The time on is the easy part, with muscle being created by diet and some training.. While off cycle, you realize that you stuck yourself with a needle for months to gain what you have, and you won't let that shit go away without a fight (So to speak..)...
I ate nothing but tuna chicken and turkey, and trained so hard that I couldn't believe it... I lost a total of 2 lbs, and I was much more defined.
its hard for me to stay positive. I f'n hate it. but I respect your drive..which brings me to ask what kind of changes to routine have you made to keep interested? I usually just accept im going to lose strength and switch routine accordingly.. ie: more reps less weight, more cardio. cause man im only 18 days in and dreading it. I try and enjoy and focus on now but sometimes it creeps into my thoughts. you say you trained hard but like same program? you got some good results so I was just wondering..
Darron614Good stuff man! Thanks for the input bro. I guess PCT is when the true champions are made.
Exactly... It's either you get demotivated and just ween down and lose your gains, or you push so much fucking harder to get that last extra rep! You know you're not on gear and you're crashed as FUCK, but at the same time you have to tell yourself.. It's not all about hormones... It's my mind, my ego, and what I've worked for! I love what I've accomplished, and I plan to keep it that way.
Darron614That's a good way to look at it. Post cycle is more of a mental battle than anything else. I have been trying to tell myself I'm a beast and really push for the last couple reps when I really just wanna stop. The power of the mind is often overlooked in weight lifting or life in general for that matter.
