Any Men's Physique Competitors in Here??
ad
As the title states... I want to get into men's physique, hopefully by next year. Would love to hear some input or advice from anyone. Check out my most recent pics. Compliments are great, but I feel like I need some good constructive criticism. What needs work? What are the judges looking for? etc...

Dr.RuzickaIt's fun dude. I did it three times. The first time was a trial run to get my nerves out, the second one I focused too much on cutting so was too small, the third I didn't start cutting until it was too late and had excess fat on me. The key is be proportionate, balanced, ripped but no striations. Just look at mark anthony the physique Olympia winner
Hey, Bro. Got my first show in 9 weeks prepping for it right now. FR sent.
Darron614That's so weird I was just looking at your ebc before pics literally 20 minutes ago! Just checked out your more recent pics and I think you have a good chance to win ebc!
Darron614Bump? Nobody has competed in Physique on here?
Brother you look really good my man! My suggestion is focus on the diet and training. Change it up every two weeks. Mens physique as far as I know you can't be too big. You shud focus on striation and get as ripped as possible. Once you start contest diet you will be amazed how your body will start changing. You will be a beast dude if you keep on with what ur doing. Good luck my dude!
Darron614Thanks a lot man. I do agree that if my diet was a little better that it could really take me to the next level. I appreciate the input bro.
Anytime bro just keep up the great work
Darron614Also, I'm in pct right now. I plan on running another Test only cycle (maybe Anavar finisher) in December and I think it is pretty reasonable to gain another 15 to 20 lbs of solid muscle (I have super skinny genetics and can't gain fat only muscle lol) by early 2014.
How much you gain on your first cycle
Darron614About 18 pounds of actual muscle, maybe just a couple pounds of water weight.
