Hello everyone
Okay so I'll start with my make up...I'm from PA 34yr old, 5'8", currently about 183lbs my BF is about 31-33% according to the Withings scale. That's my issue...BF %. Up until about a month ago I was something like an athlete...counting cals(between 14-17hundred a day) running about 10+ miles a week and lil to no weight training. That took me from about 195 down to 181...the disaster struck...I plateaued...for wks no matter how much or what I did, I couldn't break 180...that broke me...my will.
Then I heard about Clen...did some research on it...familiar with the 2wks on(gradually increasing dosages) 2off cycle...taking Benadryl or ketotifen to clear receptors on off cycles, the shakes and I'm sure it's more. I also read that with a high BF% like mine taking clen would be a waist of time. Then I heard about Test...and the 3different kinds of test...you get my drift. The more research I did the more questions I had. Which is fine, but at the rate I'm going I'll never start anything.
My question to you all is what/where should I start? All I need is a foundation to research on, therefore I won't get pulled 100 different ways while searching for info. My goal for now is to shred BF? Really don't wanna bulk I'm more interested in definition. I have the PowerTec Smith Machine with about 4 attachments in the dungeon ready to be abused. The diet...i'll research that on here and make adjustments where necessary. Just need a foundation to start for my gear.
Any information is greatly appreciated.

thanks...forgot to add that I'm a male. As for the pics...I'm more like 25%, definitely not the 30/35%. so no blends for me yet...not even clen/tren, don't they focus on cutting weight? didn't wanna hear that but I totally understand and focus my research to the dieting forums until I get where i need to be.
They do focus on cutting weight but are also very very different. I like to use Isteroids.com since I hate reading they have pretty informative videos on there for you to research so you can find what's right for you when the time is right! Be patient my man, don't rush into anything, your body will thank you and you will love the results.
Thanks bro...I'm on it.
Toss that scale and get some calipers or have your BF professionally checked.
You'll want to get your diet and workout in line first and your BF down to at least 17% before starting a cycle. If you don't you'll be wasting your money and disappointed at the result. Then, and only then, you will want to start a simple cycle of test. Test will optimize your potential but will not "melt fat away" only diet and exercise will do that (no silver bullet here)
I would not trust your scale. Does your physique look like the guy pictured with 35% BF or closer to the 25% ?
You should put more research into your diet and routines first bro... With bf% that high I would not recommend test or any AAS. Perfect your diet, routine, drop BF well below 25 before getting serious about gear or you could do serious damage.
