Hope everyone is well, I'm seeing many new members and I'd like to say welcome to the community. Great place with advice you cannot put a price on, and products that are unmatched in quality. You may even make a few online friendships here, many good people. I make a post like this every so often as posts get made by new members, and sometimes it's done by trolls to entertain themselves, but for the sincere people just a quick list. I encourage other members to add as thats what this community is all about, as there's some unwritten rules as well. I will keep my list short to encourage opportunity,

Rules- Read them. This is number one. Seriously guys. Read. The guys that run this show made them for a reason. 99.9% of everything is in there, but I'll touch on some recent infractions.

Face pics- No. Why would you even consider doing this? Facial recognition software is real, and most of us aren't buying protein powder here.

Product packaging- Purveyors have spent countless hours and dollars, euros, shekels, etc... through trial and error to figure out the best way to get a package to you without it being seized. Please don't compromise this.

Self shots- Not sure if Dorian Yates would've gotten a pass on his first day, maybe. But none of us are Dorian Yates. Hold off for a couple weeks.

Vendor or brand names in general chat- Not the place, take it to the sources Q&A section, they will be very happy to help. In my personal experience most will even take the time to answer questions about proper product usage. Some very good sources on here.

I'm leaving it at that for now, I'm looking forward to the additions of others. Welcome aboard to the new members, some of you need to straighten your acts up lol. Start by reading the rules.
