need help w/ letro dosing

ok so i came off my cycle 2 month ago and estrogen levels are a bit high. i want to use a small dose of letro to lower it, any one here can help me out? i was thinking maybe .25 eod for 10 days? my estro lvls is 45 picogram/mL

45 isn't that high! 75 is on the high side of the normal range spectrum. Are you feeling effects like gyno or something? Also keep in mind letro is not ten day fix. It comes with rebound so you need nolva to come off of it for many days more. Unless you are feeling itchy nipples or something I wouldn't do anything.
45? U don't need Letro. Not even close brother. Aro at a marginal dosage somehing tiny and not even for very long.
