My tips for avoiding tren cough.
1. Do not heat
2. Use a 23g pin and go at the same or slower rate as a 25g.
3. If you taste weird or feel weird in mouth or jaw stop for a minute.
4. Sit down or lay down and relax as you inject.
5. Have a glass of ice water ready
6. I would not pin in warm environment. Must have AC
7. Aspirate
8. Take everything slow as you can. Get in a rush and you will screw up.
Even doing this I will get in a rush and get the cough.If you get the cough at least you are sitting or laying down and you have some ice water to sip on.
The reason for the 23g over the 25g pin is the velocity of the oil coming out is slowed down. Might not work for everyone but does for me. Try it. If you have something to add please do so.

If you are prepared and know it only last for a little bit you will be fine.It can suck though.
Experienced tren cough once and it was no laughing matter. Took me to my knees. I get a metallic taste in my mouth normally after tren injection

how do you pin your glute yourself? I tried 3 times always aspirated blood and i can't see anything while pinning.

Tren cough can be really painful sometimes.. I'm talking my entire body turns blood red.. veins pop out in my neck.. My chest feels like I am being stabbed.. I'm choking and unable to breath at some points
Buuuut other times I get tren cough and only cough once or twice and it's a walk in the park.. I'm assuming you haven't experienced the one above

sounds really dramatic lol. I believe you if you have experienced it to that severity but no way I never thought of it as that painful. I just try to relax and breathe slowly and it passes within a minute.
It's crazy man I have done at minimum 75 Tren injections in all my sites and never once have had Tren cough...knock on wood.
That's what I said.. I went 2 months and I was bragging to someone I didn't get tren cough.. then BOOM next day I get it LOL

Lol yeah I walked in a collapsed on my girls bed.. she was napping when this happened and freaked out pretty bad.. This only happened one time and I've never experienced anything like it again.. I aspirated and everything
I got tren cough yesterday and it was a joke.. I coughed once then had a laugh.. It's funny how tren can go from one extreme to the other so easily

i believe if you panic, tren cough gets 10x worse. basically if you freak out your adrenalin will go up and your body will need more oxygen but the cough makes it hard to breathe
just try to RELAX next time. just chill and sit in a chair take slow breaths. If you need to lay down just lay down and wait for it to pass. if you psyche yourself out you are physically making it harder on yourself

It's so odd because fear and panic almost always work against your favor. This is so obvious but we still panic.

Yep that's exactly what i've expierenced. The first time i used tren ace was one month ago. I injected as always and than the strange feeling as someone was squeezing your lungs was coming up. I thought this was the end and that i fucked something up really bad so i paniced. Had to lay down on the floor like a bug. The cold tiles in the bathroom took the pain away a bit.
I was pretty shocked, wasn't aware that the cough could be so bad. Like j223 said if you chill and take slow breaths it's not that bad.
I wasn't freaking out too much til after the fact.. It became just too painful to breath and I'm not sure what made that experience so different from all of the others.. I grew up with asthma and my parents never believed in inhalers so I learned to relax and breath when I had asthma attacks as a child and the best way to describe this particular case would be an asthma attack on steroids lolol
It is like getting tear gassed to me. It sucks.
Cocopuffonly tip you need to know is to aspirate and make sure no blood, i've never coughed with a solid aspirating routine.
I always aspirate. Have had cough over 20 times.
And try not to pass thru/injuct near/thru veins too lol!
From what I understand you get "Tren cough" from anything. It's the oil getting into your bloodstream and secreting itself through your lungs. It just happens to be worse to with tren. Sometimes it can be mild and sometimes very strong. Depends on the amount that got into your system. It can last a few seconds and up to 3 minutes. So you can actually get test, EQ or even deca cough. It also seems that people get the worst tren cough from tren that's made from fina pellets and higher mg oil and faster acting esters. I have ran fina and regular trenA. I do not see a difference. The fina I ran was around 180mg/ml. the trenA I have ran has always been 75 or 100mg pr ml.
AnonYea your right bro if you got to Drugs.com and look up test cyp or enthanate its say u can devolop cough after injection but i think tren is worst cuz it 5x stronger and maybe the acetate has something to do withit idk im just guessing on that last part
