4:45am, 7 days a week I am up with a Liv52 and full glass of water. Breakfast at 5:45 with fresh fruit, flax(gay huh), oats and of course 34 grams of protein.

WTF is the Old Bastard flapping in his jaw about now?

My whole body loves the 16oz glass of water to start his day. The Liv52 can't hurt, so I include Mr. Liver is the Happy Camp. The big protein thing is nothing if your intestines and colon are coated with 7 years of protein build up. The fibers keep scraping 24-7 and I eat 1/4 the protein I used to and feel allot better, look better and showing the muscle is a Lean Thing(no matter how huge you get).

Even my post workout protein has 32% fiber. Every meal I eat is fiber(note all this and you'll know why I drive a PoopPed). If you are not dumping a nice tight load everyday and struggle with multiple poopings your diet is bad. Fiber is your friend and vegetables and fruits are the best source.

So what is my point?

Be healthy First. Drink allot of water, take vitamins and supplements. Get natural fibers. Do Not Drink booze. Cycle on and off, clean up. PAY ATTENTION to you eyes and any yellowing, bloodshot, puffy . . . .you are toxic and need to drop an oral, Tren or at least the harsh(all is best)to allow your body to RECOVER.
