leaking vial..

So today I went for my 6th pin of my cycle, pulled my vial out stuck my 18g needle in, and turned the whole thing up to draw.. when I did, my oil started dribbling out of the center of the rubber stopper,, so I imeadietly turned it on its side and it stoped,, continued to draw, etc and finished my shot.. turned the vial upside down with no pin in it and it didn't leak...so my question is, how do I continue with this vial? Surely my rubber stopper isn't worn out after 6 pins,,, or is it,, can I just pin further away from the center or what... I know there is probably an easy solution for this.. just wanted to get you guys ideas..any input would be greatly appreciated

21-23g to draw with? Ive got plenty of extra 23s around, so I can do that, would it be alright to just move furter away from the center of the stopper? I dont think I've inject to much replacement air, only what I draw out.. thanks for the input fellas
maybe to much negative pressure inside the vial..
18g is a large pin (21g-23g would be better), do not inject to much replacement air into the vial, probably a result of cheap chinese rubber and large pins.
