Injury

Ok guys, I have a shoulder injury that is hindering me big time. I injured it at least 6 months ago doing behind the neck shoulder press, it wasnt the actual presses but when I went to rack the weight seated on my Olympic bench my left arm went over, pulled it back behind me. I felt my shoulder popping when it went back but was able to fight it back over after the damage was done. It has significantly dropped the weight I can use on the bench and really any exercise that activates my front delts. Guess the question is has anyone had a similar injury and how long did it take to heal? And if there's any rehab exercises I can do to maybe speed the process? Any help is appreciated

BigBmajGet it looked at by a physican so we know your dealing with.
I helped rehab my wife's shoulder - sounds like similar to your injury actually. She had a partial labrial tear and an impingment. They wanted to go in and fix it. I got a bunch of peptides, igf1, GHRP's, and some CJC. The doctor couldn't believe the progress she made with doing physical therapy and the peptides. I would use tb500 next time around after reading about it here. Muta put together an injury thread a couple weeks back, it's right around here.
Once you know what's going on go see a physical therapist and follow their advice for rehabbing it.
Good luck.
If it's been six months and you are still having problems, you most likely have a tear of a tendon (possibly rotator cuff). My advice would be to go to an orthtopod and get it checked out. That is the only way to know for sure. You can get options for the doctor and then choose what you would like to do to get better. Best of luck!
Never used it personally but I've seen many vets on here with similar injuries say they used tb500 to speed up the healing process. Not sure about rehab exercises...
