Blood test, best time to check?

When would be the best time to have blood test taken while on cycle and what would optimum numbers look like for test e and c split for 500mg/wk at 4-5 wks?

Thanks for the info, would the fasting effect the t levels at all? Friend of mine got some gear from me from a popular source here and his levels tested at 600. I ran the same stuff and thought it felt under dosed but my diet wasn't on point
