Injectable Carnitine
ad
So this guy at my gym has injectable carnitine, which is something I had heard of before but never really paid much attention to it. I've been reading about it and some say it does indeed work, some even go as far as say it has a localized effect and that it hurts like hell when injected into one's belly fat but the results are good.
Anyone here tried it? What do you guys think?

AnonIve got some and tried it. Id say it works a little. Fairly painfull shots though and the fact that you need like 10-20 each time makes it questionable as to whether or not its worth it.
What was your protocol? If you say it's painful I guess it's because you injected it subcutaneously. Rather than pain, what I'm worried about is if I'd be able to work out the day after...
AnonI dont think its enough to stop a work out.
Yes I did 20 sub q shots @ .5cc in each area, then a week later put 1cc in to each area with 10 shots.
Im at work now, when I get home shortly I'll check the MG per 5 cc amp.
The pain wasnt anything that would really stop you from getting anything done, but for me it was hard to stick my self over and over and over. Some areas it goes in burn like a MF, some not as bad.
Damn, I kinda wanna try now! I'll see if I can get some.
AnonWell other than some minor discomfort I cant say anything bad about it, so if you try it Id love to hear how you make out. Like I said, I think it worked a little.
I prefer it in Twin Labs liquid amino mix. Shaken...not stirred.
I don't get if it's only effects the areas you inject or your body fat as a whole
It's supposed to affect your whole body, but it can target specific areas if it's injected subcutaneously.
So I guess every one and their mother is injecting the shit out of this in their stomach lolol
Nah, it doesn't seem to be that well known (yet?). Even the reports I find on the Internet about it seem to contradict one another. None seems to have used it here so I guess I'll pass. Even though it's tempting being so cheap...
jasonhhow bout telling us what the hell carnitine is steroid, supplement, peptide?
L-Carnitine is one of the basics, bro. I've heard it's a peptide (not sure though) but it's mostly sold as a supplement. This specific kind I'm talking about here is sold in pharmacies under prescription, though.
Do u not know? Go type it in google.
