+ 1 Improvement but
ad
My first forum post, and kinda nervous I seen people get eatin up Alivee in here, but im going to make the effort.
I see good improvement and good gains. My chest seems to be looking pretty nice from where it was, and I like the overall outcome.
But my arms just are not getting as big, I work them out at max capacity and really concentrate on them when lifting.
Yes my diet is good, and hit the gym everyday. I'm really looking for some love and advice to make my arms get bigger.
Any love and support is appreciated thank you eroid family
Here is a pic of the outcome please feel free to check out.

Easy to overtrain arms. It's a small muscle and if you are really working you back hard you will be killing your biceps, and if you are blasting your chest and shoulders your triceps should be mush at the end. Try training them less often! My split is a push day, chest shoulders and a couple of tricep exercises at the end. Then a pull day back and biceps, then a leg day. Try working out each body part only once a week. For this to work the intensity must be super high. Go to full muscle failure with each exercise! Remember you grow when you are resting. Better to take more time between workouts than less!
Darron614Yep I agree with you. Pretty much what I was getting at in my comment below. I think a lot of people over think their workout routine. Push day, pull day, and leg day. IMO that is the best way to go. +1
The folk that run EROIDS not only seem to want everyone to learn and progress but they also seem to have an emphasis on keeping us all safe as well. The only time I've felt eaten alive is when the MODs have come down on me for things like recommending extravagant and excessive steroid use to people starting out. I'm new to EROIDS and just learning. There are self absorbed a**holes everywhere. Most of us have never met each other - so how can anything be personal? It can't.
LoL "recommending extravagant and excessive steroid use to people starting out" Yup, that will grab their attention.
Darron614The thing is I never focus on arms at all. No day for arms in my routine. My bis get worked on back day and my tris get worked on chest or shoulder day. I might do a couple sets of curls or tricep extensions on the respective days above, but that's it.

This picture was 3 months ago, so I'm a bit bigger now. But my point is to just focus on getting bigger in general and your arms will come. Not that I'm huge or anything lol...
noob941man dont be nervous brother the aholz that will dog u dont matter, and the guys below as well as many, many more ppl here will help you in every step of reaching your goals. stay strong and apply what they tell you +1 for the nerves
Lol thanks for that
I do remember when I first came in here I posted with a shirt on and was so nervous about even doing that and got whipped on, but I found my self also listening to what others was saying one person told me you gotta let it go and show some skin for is to really help.
AnonArms are really all about the focus and contraction, just the same as everything else but people can really go much lighter than they do and get great results. As another member posted awhile back, Kai Greene was shown having a great bicep workout curling 30lb dumbells...unless your goal is to be a powerlifter, then scratch all the weight BS and just really get that muscle mind connection and focus on crazy tearing contractions. Take some fast acting vit c pre-workout to help you keep your muscle intensity over a longer duration. Don't try and re-invent the wheel on biceps I'll start with standard curls either sitting down with shoulders back or with one arm over a preacher curl bench and screw how much weight, just make sure you get an amazing contraction and do 3 sets in the 15,12,&8 range and then blast them for a 4th set at a much lighter weight for 25 reps to make sure you kill them. Continue this with straight bar bicep curls for a good peak and finish with the preacher curl machine or ez bar on the preacher bench with different grips. If at the end your arms aren't dangling from exhaustion, you didn't get the contractions needed to tear those puppies up
Yes, thank you, I will most deff make sure my arms are feeling like jello by the end. And I will concentrate more in the contractions with each rep. And will most deff try the lighter weight at the end even when I can't do anymore to make me kill them. Thank you for the words of wisdom
I left comments on your photo page. Congratulations on posting we have some trolls but I will say I have not found a finer or more supportive group of people in the world of fitness and aas. Keep up the hard work and don't be afraid to ask for help I personally hound those with experience for help even risking them wanting to bury me for it lol. This place will save you years of errors if you use it right. Seems to me you are off to a good start
RustyhookerWhat's your arm workout? Times per week?
I do arms one full day, ever2 3 days. Such as bench day
Arm day
Leg day
Then shoulder and back day
Then arm day again
And restart at the beginning
Working on and every two days and running every day for atleast 30 to 45 min each gym day.
