+ 1 Honesty with the doctor! update.
I've posted a couple of pics (I'd provide a link but it picture links never seem to go to the picture) of blood tests. This started by wanting a free blood test paid for by health insurance. First was a test for testosterone through my pcp. She thought the free test looked low so she sent me to a urologist. He took more blood and found high estrogen, test pretty normal. He drew more blood and sent me to an endocrinologist. That appointment was today. My first thought when I saw him was oh crap he's wicked old, probably old school by the books. When he got to a particular question I asked him if everything we talk about has to go into the records and to the insurance company. He said no !! Sweet, I was able to be completely honest with him.
Told him about cycles, told him I stopped taking clomid and nolva back in May. My latest blood test showed estrogen over 500, the prior estro reading was over 300. I also told him I've been taking arimidex at .25mg a day since I got the result of the latest. They drew more blood today to test a whole bunch more things. I also told him I plan on taking my 'supplements' again sometime soon, I just want to make sure my body is functioning normally. His response; "ok"... LOL this guy's awesome.
He didn't seem to have an answer as to why my estro is high and no response when I said I don't see how it could be related to aas use this long after stopping. I think he seemed to agree that I may just have naturally high estrogen. Since starting adex my acne, which has been an issue for almost 20 years, has subsided significantly.
I feel lucky to have a Dr willing to work with me and keep me safe. Maybe you all should ask yours !
UPDATE:
Got the results from the test while on adex back in the end of November, he called and said everything looks good. I said great can I get a script for the adex. He wanted me off of everything for another test. Fuck. So I did that and just got the test results today from the draw last week.
Estro is good, ideal levels actually.
Test is fucking low. Total; 239 Free; 36
How the frick do I go from, in September high estro (338) and normal test (523) to ,
in February normal estro and low test...
So now he wants me to go back to the urologist for some reason, to go on trt. Talking about something he called a "3 month shot"....
Maybe the urologist will have a better idea. Of course I want higher test levels, but I don't think I want trt. I'd like to have a kid or two some day...maybe even soon.

Update 4/3/15
Urologist gave me a testopel implant about 4 weeks ago. Went back for labs last week and met with him again today. When I went in for labs I noticed on the paper estrogen wasn't checked off, so I made the check mark. Results;
Total test: 948
Test Bioavailable: 252
Free Test: 120
SHBG: 41
Estrogen total: 227
He said nothing about the estrogen level and I didn't see it until after I had the receptionist print it out for me on the way out. The anastrozole I have at home aren't big enough for 1/4's so I'm starting .5mg EOD immediately.... especially since right after I had bloods drawn last week I started .8ml EOD of sustanon.
This might be a good warning for those of you wait for "signs of high estro" before starting your ai, I don't feel any signs but my estro is high.
I have talked with a few different doctors about AAS use..Its pretty crazy that some of us know more about hormones , drugs , and how they work with and against the body, then someone who went to medical school and gets paid as a medical professional...Its amazing the wealth of knowledge we have built up from all of us putting our experiences together and sharing information
decanoate ester shot I believe they are.
Very likely. Maybe even an implant but thatd be a weird way to phrase it

Your lucky, it took me almost 3 years to find one that was cool with it.
She helps me out. I mean a lot, she also monitors my cycles and give me adex or letro as needed. When I go on cycle she gets the insurance to trow in an extra bottle.
Be careful since its your still getting to know him. I wait for my endo to jump to the question after I dropped a hint. After that she has gotten me HCG, adex, letro, hgh, victoza phen, adipex, apart from test. She took the hgh away but if I pushed she would probably write it for 90days again.
I assume I'll see him before next cycle. I just checked my insurance website. They do cover hcg, adex, aromasin, letro, clomid and nolva. Wish I'd known that before buying a bunch of it.
He actually said, as we were walking out the door, "that all stays here"
I assume I'm not the first patient of his to bring it up.
Insurance also covers HGH and glp-1 and Metformin.
I did mean to add the hgh is covered. I'm not familiar with diabetic drug uses so I haven't checked their coverage with my plan.
Be careful if you go that route. But it gives you some really nice ripped ironman hardcore solid look. I like it.
That is awesome jimmie boy, that Doc is a keeper :-) keep us updated bro
