+ 3 Shouldn't this be one of the busiest area in the forums...? And my post workout snack for the next few days.

Everyone's advice keeps pointing nutrition and diet. Yet, this is the most quiet area of eroids. Just thought I'd throw that out there, that I've noticed everyone always has questions about cycles and how much juice to use, but there is a lack of discussion on what you are eating.
But I digress...

Yesterday I went to grab a banana in the morning, the 3 left of the bunch were getting old. So when I tried to pull one away, all three peels started coming off. I'm on unemployment, so I'm not wasting anything. I decided to make banana bread for the first time. Got a simple recipe online and is was really easy. Baked with white flour, and sugar, and an egg (and other ingredients)... I figured the simple carbs would be good to consume post workout. I've always like peanut butter and banana sandwiches, so I spread some pb on a slice of banana bread and it is delicious! One thing I threw in that wasn't part of the recipe was cinnamon sugar. Keep water handy, need a sip with each bite.

They should have a pic section for food. Food is the best gear.

A lil tip to make your bananas last longer....wrap in a brown paper bag and put in the fridge. (i use the lunch bags and wrap each seperate) the bananas will last over a week! It pisses me off to buy a bunch of bananas and they dont even last the whole week. This way they finally do Smile

I do something similar to this...once I start seeing them get tiny brown spots, I throw them in the fridge. Eat a banana that is too ripe and...1.) it's disgusting, and 2.) it goes from being a better glycemic fruit to a terrible one...as it basically has turned into a stick of sugar.

I missed this post...but here I am now!! I hear ya 100% that this should be a more active area of Eroids. I frequent this area of Eroids ALOT actually...it is a lil' funny how everyone is always screaming 'DIET, DIET!!!', and yet you can hear crickets chirping here in TrainingNutritionDiet.

So let's see some more good diet advice people!! I love food...cooking not so much, but it's what I do to be where I am at today and I will keep doing it. For me, thru manipulating my carb and fat intake is where I have seen the most changes in my body...NOT with the use of compounds, but what can I say, I'm a newbie to compounds as I only have a few cycles under my belt. Diet is king here...any 'Joe Ding-Dong' can put a pin in his ass and eat garbage, but I prefer to do it the right way...also being the best that is. Clean diet...clean gains...that is all.
