help please

So I worak as a chief and includes cutting vegetables all day meats!! Dishes bla bla cleaning and I work 12 hours a day for 3 to 4 days a week!! So all my work is arm work!! So m I gonna affect my arm muscles? ? I mean m I gonna over train them?? And most of the work is right arm!! So what you guyz think my arms some time hurt tho by doing all this work!! Still any reply will be appreciated! ! Thanx

arms.. especially the forearms have pretty dense muscle fibers.. your forearms will be fine work the snot out of them .. you may want to alter your training to accomodate the work that you do .. this means you need to pay attention to how your arms feel.. you won't have to work your bi's or tri's heavy but and maybe less frequently than if you did not use them so much for work ... pay attention to what your body is telling you ..

you already work them out ... at work .. you can beat up your foreams every day because the muslce tissue is much denser.. try once a week on a push or pull day ..seperate them out .. I bet you'll start growing like a weed if you are eating properly

Edit: I agree. If he has deads incorporated in his routine and doesn't use straps with a rotating over/under grip that will keep those forearms strong. Hammer curls as well. Build them bitches up big! If he is worried about one arm being worked more than the other then if he also does a lot of isolated dumbbell work that will help keep his arms a little more even. +1
