ad

Hi
Im new here
34 yr old male
been on trt for a year
about 6 months ago started my own cycle
I am running 300 mg of Test-C and 0.5g mg of Anastrozole weekly

I am cutting about to start bulking but I really wanted to see my abs first
I was 300lbs of fat last January this January I am at 222 lbs
I currently eat 1700 cals a day for cutting I am thinking of upping to 2000 cals
90g carbs
40g fats
180g protein

Just tried a new source wanted to get lab work done to see where I am at what do you think
Am I ok doc? should I change eating habits I feel like my e2 is high so ordered 1mg Anastrozole
Im just not sure never really looked at my blood work solo

Have you been donating blood to keep your hematocrit in check? If so that’s why your iron and ferratin are low. Do you feel like crap? Most do with low ferratin. If you haven’t donated im very impressed with your 43 hematocrit lol. If you haven’t been donating and your low eat more iron rich foods.

The estrogen isn’t very concerning. I wouldn’t increase your adex from .5mg once a week to 1mg once a week, I’d split your dose to .25mg twice a week. Adex isn’t a suicidal AI like aromasin. It doesn’t permanently bind to the aromatase enzyme so when it wears off aromatase is free to start converting test to estrogen again. And it doesn’t have a half life long enough for once a week dosing. So you may end up with Lower estrogen on the same total weekly dose by splitting it. You don’t want it too low. I usually feel pretty good at 60.

i hadnt donated for about 30 days I figured it was long enough it wouldnt have messed with my test

Low iron and ferritin can take 6 months or more to recover from. This is the problem with donating blood. Maybe once a year is ok, Maybe twice a year, idk. But the guys that are dumping blood every 8-12 weeks to control hematocrit Always crash their ferritin. And most feel like complete crap when it’s low.

Other than iron, this all checks out as far as numbers are concerned. For E2, I like running mine high but it does have its drawbacks occasionally. It’s all preference.

Not sure if I’m reading this right, but if you’ve been on that amount of test for six months, I’d get back on whatever TRT protocol you are on.

Bulking isn’t fun for us fats. Stick to the mind game of cutting.

You could probably lose another 30-40lbs and not look like you are starving.

You need to address that iron issue… supplement organs or eat more red meat.

For an actual cycle… get the test up higher… you should be able to melt more fat with 2500+ levels. Maybe some dbol and drop the AI. That’s me though! Diet is the only real thing that matters when shopping pounds.

Gotcha I ordered some anavar and more test c was planning to bulk but you think I should still cut...I definitely agree if I lose another 20-30lbs I think I would actually look bigger lol my wife thinks I am getting to small though. I am currently eating 1700 cals a day should I up my Cals as well? Just dont want to loose too much muscle mass as I shred.

Not losing muscle is nearly impossible at a deficit…. unless you are like myself or some others who have been training for a long time. Muscle memory picks up and the muscles stay to expand more rapidly with that experience. Just get to a healthy weight. What is your workout program? Be detailed. Also, what are your levels at 125mg?

Shoot for 50% pro 30% carb 20% fat and see how you feel. That’s 250 pro 150 carb 45 fat at 2000 cal. You are shrinking because you aren’t fueling properly…

I workout 6 days a week
day 1 chest
day 2 shoulders
day 3 legs (ham focused)
day 4 arms (just triceps currently til bicep heals up)
day 5 back (super light cause of tendonitis)
day 6 legs (Glute focused)
I normally don't do between 4-5 workouts per muscle
pause reps with as much weight as I can handle slow and controled
4 sets with no more than 10 reps per set
30 min of cardio normally after working out.

I think you are starving yourself if you are lifting that much… assuming they are as intense as my lifts. I would be on deaths door with that much of a deficit. I would address the diet before getting on more hormones.

Drop back to your TRT dose or up it slightly… add some Retatrutide instead. Add calories and make the stairclimber your friend.

Over 230 lbs and 1700 cals a day seems a little aggressive. You can easily be in the 2300-2500 range and still cut while taking in a shit ton more protein and carbs.

His macros are off. He’s at 1440 cal if those are his goal numbers.

The iron is a problem.

working on it ordered some iron pills and fish oil too.

I’m out of upvotes. Good for you for being proactive. The deficiency is remarkable, consult a physician. Thank me later, if you’re sincere here, it sounds like I’d buy you a coffee. At the same time, with at iron issue I’d see a doctor. I’ve saved lives before, no shit, and I had a guy thank me for it. Management wasn’t happy because I broke policy… regardless, follow up on that.

Yikes on that CRP, your source most likely is using an oil or solvent that your body is not agreeing with. Your E2 isn’t that high IMO, if you feel good and don’t have any sides I wouldn’t mess with it.

I forgot to mention that my CRP is high cause I had just got tendonitis last week when I got tested so my inflammation was super high due to that I believe

I bet most of that is weight related. I can’t tell if he is saying he’s been running this exact dose for 6 months which can be taxing.

Are you a vegetarian or recently drop a pint? Steroids are not for everyone! Any other labs to compare?

I was on TRT last labs and they just tested my test levels (they sucked) They never really let me get past 800

I am about to get real with you. Your heart doesn't care if you are carrying 100 pounds of extra fat or 100 pounds of muscle. You are still overworking the most important muscle in your body. Your high CRP may just be your heart giving out. Take your labs to a doctor and be honest with them. I have seen plenty of guys die from mixing steroids with health problems. 800 is perfect until you get your health issues under control. keep up the excellent weight loss protocol and think about adding Reta. Your heart and arteries may be inflamed and clogged. Rome wasn't built in a day but was destroyed in one.
