Heartburn from Tren

ad

Hey all, just wondering what some of you have used to control the heartburn.

I do have Tums, but find it to be pretty weak.

Is there anything natural ? that maybe I have not thought of ?

Is there maybe any supplements that might help ?

Hopefully the apple cider vinegar will work for you, but if not a good brand of Papaya Enzyme might be beneficial.

It's natural and has ph balancing and anti-acid effect!

Nexum and Prilosec work amazing for this. I'm gonna give the apple cider vinegar a try though I keep hearing good thing about it.

i went the tums route once, when i pulled bloods my fucking calcium was high because i ate so many of those damn things. So i tried prolosec, that wastn strong enough so i went to nexium, that did the trick. its pricey though but it works well. once a day and all day relief. Heart burn pills are a neccassity for me on tren or orals. but i would give the apple cider vinegar a shot first, anything to not put more drugs in our bodes then necessary.

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar in a glass of water once a day. This helped me stop taking nexium when I had stomach issues not related to AAS and it is all natural.

I agree that acv is some good shit for all kinds of things..............

To many issues i hear and see with Proton pump inhibitors.........

I thought the whole acv thing sounded crazy at first, my mom was the one pushing me to try it. I ate crow when I was able to stop taking nexium and my stomach issues actually went away.

I'm gonna give it a shot. I've never had it this bad on a tren run. It's literally fucking up my intake right now. I tried Zantac and that didn't touch it. It almost felt like it exacerbated it. If that or Prilosec doesn't touch it I'm gonna cut this one short.

Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

So far the instant relief is better than tums. I'm thinking I'll drink 2 a day for a week and then drop back to daily. Looking at all the benefits really can't go wrong even if it just takes the edge off.
Friday we went out for steak and the reflux was bad. I wasn't digesting. I ended up getting sick. Nothing pisses you off more than wasted protein intake. Lol.
I'm optimistic at least.
