+ 3 HAVE TOU EVER CRIED WHILE ON CYCLE???

ad

OK... Look, this is the internet: If you admit you have gotten so emotional while on cycle that you cried, I PROMISE none of us here are going to flame you........ very much.
We aren't going to laugh at you; we aren't going to call you names, and we will NOT assume you are gay---unless you cried during the movie Titanic.... then you're gay as fuck. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't have even been in the theater for that movie unless your girlfriend threatened to go public with your twisted-ass sexual preferences if you refused.
Anyway.... I'm talking about crying over stupid shit like I did when I got to the gym and realized my shirt didn't match my sweat pants. Or when I was at the restaurant and saw "Smothered Chicken" on the menu and completely lost it because all I could think of was those fucking bastards back in the kitchen holding little pillows over the heads of those poor birds.... stupid Tren.
So all of you fess up and confess so I don't feel like so much of a bitch.

He's hung as in, I'm hung like a horse but no one has noticed

It's a little too PC up in here.

roly420's picture

Hahaha ok....
If I was hung like that, everyone would notice. I'd have it out all day! Lol

Been there done that my man. I have also stayed in bad relationships for way longer than I should have just to avoid that predicament. In my opinion, most of the the time if you want them to go bad enough to tell them, and have felt that way for more than a month it's probably right. Never fair to keep someone else tied up in a relationship just because you don't want to be lonely or are afraid of change, ya know? I am bad about avoiding change. I am much better now than I have acknowledged it a problem for myself, but I still have to keep my guard up.

Haha yeah, that is a pretty emotionally volitile time for most anyone lol. I didn't react to my last painful break up and jumped straight into fucking a crazy woman I met on Tinder. Good sex, but lots of getting screamed at lol. The one before that was about 7 years ago and I responded by getting a dog. Best breakup medicine on the planet in my opinion. Especially a little puppy that you can fully absorb yourself in training and drown out all of the background noise.

Yeah I fucking hate that commercial I change every time it comes on. Someone can tell me they’re closest relative died and it won’t affect me but I hear something bad about a dog and I’m all fucked up lol

Real men cry, when no one is looking.

ironcarpenter52's picture

Meant no harm. You can take statement of mine and twist it three ways. Of course I cried in front of my grandfather on his deathbed. All I'm saying is there is a time to cry and there isn't.

Ozninjaguy's picture

With respect - that is just male machismo conditioning. I cried at the hospital when i had to give permission for my wife's life support to be turned off, I cried at the funeral of my Grandmother, and cried last year when the Doc told me that I was probably going to die. Real men don't hide their emotions.

Bill1976's picture

What you just said right there brought tears to my eyes.
No joke.

Ozninjaguy's picture

Hi mate. Thanks for the sentiment. I haven't been here for a while, but got an email message that you had responded to this old post. You have always been a solid guy - I hope that you are safe - take care always.

Pale's picture

I guess I am a big baby then too. I cried at the loss of my grandmother, my uncle, my father and even my bass player. And not just a couple tears either, full on mourning their losses... I along with my wife cried when we dropped our son off at the recruiters to leave for the Marines. And then again every time I have had to send him back.

kibby's picture

If you weren't a real man after everything you've been through.......you Probably wouldn't be around now.

You've clearly had alot to deal with in life and as a human being you have a breaking point.

Your more of a man than me mate ;)

Edit: Thanks for the kind words mate. I previously posted a long comment - but it was unnecessary. I waffled on. Have a great day/night.

You've got me on pm if you ever need to vent ;)

I have never suffered a loss nearly that significant and I both feel for and respect you for having fought through it all. However, I did cry like a little kid a few years ago when the vet told me that she didn't expect my dog to survive a serious illness he had come down with. Point being- I agree with what you are saying here 100%

Personally I think it is more masculine to cry like a man than have a temper tantrum like a woman. I know we are all different and react to situations differently, but if I had to choose one person to be up against it would be the man having a temper tantrum long before the man who was able to keep his composure even when in tears.

Before when I was running high levels of test and wasn't taking any ai my estrogen was all out of wack... At my wedding when I was giving my toast I literally started balli g talking about my wife mind u it was pretty emotional but very unnecessary as to the things I was saying you would have thought my dog had just died or something. And to make matters worse when my beat man fave his toast afterwards he called me out tell the entire party on the Mike that I should lay off the hormones some best man lol

kibby's picture

Not sure if they actually knew what he was talking about but I'm sure most of my guy friends got a kick out of it ..

dan craig's picture

That’s the problem eh, the test converts to eostrogen without ai’s (unless you’re one of the lucky ones) hence the female trait of crying at the drop of a hat.

God love ‘em, gotta say I find it cute as fuck on my gf (long as it’s not in public, then I’m like ‘pull yourself together woman!’ Ha! .

dan craig's picture

I feel you mate.

Ive been running for 6 weeks. I was doin arimidex .25 eod but getting hard was becoming an issue so downed that amout.

This week I went abroad for weekend.

Shot day before I left (test e) and took no adex as didnt want the bullshit with customs. When I got back I was crying like a bitch over NOTHING.

Reckon the reason is I forgot to take some before I left, but wanted some serious banging in hotel action so didnt want to risk it.

I have noticed the crying aspect before, but not as bad.

Taken some now and feel much better.

Just though I’d add my own little bitch experience ;)

Funny post. I guess that if you have your estrogen levels in check while on cycle - then 'feminine' displays of emotion shouldn't happen. Most guys are ok with the 'roid rage' - it comes with the gear and hey, it's macho, so it's accepted. One of the very few things that's good about getting older is that you don't have to be macho 24/7 to still be a man. My partner and I can watch a movie which might have some scene that is emotional, and I might give away that it has affected me - that actually makes my partner more affectionate as she can see that there is something underneath all the male-machismo bullshit that we have been brought up to believe and to live. At my stage of life - if something touches me emotionally - I'm not afraid to show it.

fetus's picture

Yeah, as I get older, I find myself being affected by way more shit than I used to. I become "sad" much more easily.
But on topic, I generally feel great on cycle, basic anabolic well being/alpha deal. But I can become a bit of an emotional wreck during pct, and like I said more of a cryer in general as get deeper into middle age.

Ozninjaguy's picture

For me - the acknowledging of the emotional stuff is a good thing. I was raised with the traditional attitude - be a man, toughen up, emotions are weakness, love is for fools, don't show anything except anger....all the typical shit. So, I lived that life and was an absolute failure in many relationships because no-one could 'reach' me. I'm learning - it's never too late. I am becoming more content with the man that I am than the thing that I was before. If we close off our emotional side we miss so many important experiences..and I missed so much...well, that my opinion.

Jq5000's picture

Just read this gotta admit, I would watch that show "what would you do" and I would get emotional as fuck lol I try to avoid things that can make me cry now

Brock45's picture

Imho you got to control your androgen estrogen rapport, aas put emphasis on some characteristics of our behavior, some (like me) could be depressed and some not

I never used to cry at my daughter dance contests until I started AAS. I was always proud and even a few times got the old goose bumps but the last two times i cried a bit. My wife gave me the "who the F are you" look...

zeb0312's picture

Yea mine are grown up now and I look back on it and I think would I have changed anything...... Na, because that is what made them who they are today and they where both good kids just being kids...
I remember the doc put my son on some shit medicine cause they said he had adhd because he would disrupt class sometimes or what ever that is.. about 2 weeks went bye while he took it and he didn't play go outside looked like a zombie.....

I said fuck that took that shit and through it in the garbage can said no more... Then I told him you be good at school all week we go to the movies or we get you a new toy and it worked.... Remind you he was like in kindergarten or maybe 1st grade, hell you do good to keep there attention for 10 minutes shit is a joke here school system isn't worth a flying shit.....

kibby's picture

Adhd is used quite a lot in the UK. There is no such thing as a child anymore if they act like kids they are labeled with adhd.

Yes your right about keeping there attention for ten minutes mate you can't expect them to fully concentrate at that age it's just not going to happen.

My wife is a teacher and tells me all sorts of stories about the kids and what they do. Luckily they have some pretty level headed people teaching there and they don't jump on the medication bandwagon...instead it's positive reinforcement and goals/targets to show them what they can achieve when they put there mind to it.

It sounds like you did the right thing binning the medication that's exactly what I would have done mate ;)

I know that's right brother. I got a real kick in the gut this year when she showed me the Halloween costumes she picked. I swear she found every provocative costume on the internet. She's 8 years old.... Needless to say after our little talk she's going as Smurfette.

Ozninjaguy's picture

Where I live they have beauty pageants for pre-teens. All the girls get dressed up in high heels, short skirts or hot pants, wear lip gloss, eye-liner and make-up. Everyone thinks it's cute - but then almost every girl loses her virginity at 12 years old and many are pregnant at 13-14....and no-one wonders why...fucked up place.
