Has anyone accidentally mixed up peptide container lids?

ad

Quick question: I ordered several peptides that came in containers holding ten vials each. The containers are labeled, but the individual vials are not.

Last night, while preparing everything, I think I may have accidentally switched the lids on my BPC-157 and retatrutide containers. Besides sending a sample to a laboratory, is there any reliable way to identify which vial is which?

Has this ever happened to anyone else? I’d really appreciate any helpful advice. Thanks

Ughh you're triggering my OCD! Why would you even take more than one cover off at a time! See, OCD is not a disorder because we would do some silly shit like this ever! Lol

Just pin a whole vial and see which one is the Reta lol

Haha! Ugh. Can you imagine? Reading this post already took my anxiety to a new level. Just thinking about people mixing up vials. Shit.

Get a sharpie and tag one set of vials now and from here on out

This is what I do. I write on the bottle. And have a separate case for my gh and one for Reta.. etc.

Reta typically doesn’t like being mixed with other peptides. It’ll turn cloudy. Get a known peptide with a lid you didn’t mix up and then try one of each vials. Reconstitute them then add 0.5ml of another peptide to each and see how it reacts.

Huh nice, I got Ghk would that one do the trick since it’s blue?

Would be hard to tell since it’s blue. Got any other clear ones?

I got Bpc 157 from an actual lab, pharmaquo I think

Give that a try. Last time I mixed something with Reta the contents of my barrel went milky white. When I looked it up, the glps apparently do not like to be mixed with anything else and causes aggregation

zorro2021's picture

I will do that tonight, I’ll mixed one of each, brand new ones and then I’ll mix the pharmaquo, and test them both. hope that works, I’ll post some pics tonight on this post.

When this happens is the reta still good to go?

SeeOhShow's picture

Probably not? Or it’s at least not nearly as effective. Depends how much of it turns into aggregates. Once it polymerizes, it’s no longer the same molecule, with the same binding, same effects due to that binding, etc.

There have been studies on HGH aggregates causing an immune response in individuals and then moving forward your body attacks any HGH you inject. I suppose the same could happen here

BigCoachKen's picture

Well damn. In that case Ill repeat what I wrote earlier. Just toss these two, take the loss. If checking which is which this way causes the reta to become useless or even usafe, why risk it?

Because I think it’s an entire kit of each. He’ll just have to sacrifice one vial to save 9 more

BigCoachKen's picture

Oh maybe I misread. I didnt know he reconstituted the full kit of each. Yeah, that changes things.

It’s definitely why I take my wife’s little nimbot out every time I get a peptide kit and slap a little label on every single vial. Swapping the lids on kits is one hell of a fuck up lol

Aggieguy's picture

This is easy man just take the amount you would for reta out of both vials, now you won’t take it every day just once a week util its all gone. The BPC-157 make another vial and label it and when you are not taking the reta/bpc mix up vials the other days you take the “Known” BPC vial.

Ohh man it’s not that easy I will post a pic of the containers, what I mixed up was just the lids, and there 10 unlabeled vials in each containers

If theres really no way to tell, id just take the L and toss em.

Start over, more carefully this time LOL

check if the pungers are the same... pull a lid off new ones and compare the plunger (or whatever they are called). If they are the same then you are fucked.

Another way is... how much did you reconsitutie with. If you reconsituted with 1 ml vs 0.5ml... comapre how much liquie is in each.

Everything was working against me bro, I mixed both with 2ml of bac water, I prepared the Reta for my wife, I had an used vial of Reta with 40ius so I used that plus 60ius of the new Reta that I had just mixed, the Bpc I I do 20ius =500mcg daily and it was the third injection when that happened so both vials have the same exact amount of water In it lol.

Usually... and I'm really going out on a limb here... but usually Retatrutide suppresses your appetite and BPC-157 doesn't... so hypothetically one could inject like a bunch of one and feel the effects. I know that's a crazy suggestion but it just may be crazy enough to work

The wife is on the Reta and I’m taking the Bpc157 , never done Reta so I guess that if I ineject the Reta I would know right away then right?

Do it on an empty stomach, and if it's Reta, it should be pretty obvious pretty quickly
