+ 1 minoxidil, dutasteride, finasteride which one and why or where to get?

I still have hair at 45 but have an annoying bold spot that is kinda growing in? minoxidil, dutasteride, finasteride would any of these work or do i need to fly to turkey?

Topical Dutasteride only, no derma rolling. You don't want either finasteride or dutasteride to go systemic, it's nasty shit.
I get 10mg minoxidil tabs from a source here. Split them in half and take daily.
Do you get any side effects from taking it orally such as heart palpitations, low BP etc?
Nah my blood pressure is still a little on the high side and I take a 5mg tadalifil also daily. My Apple Watch monitor’s heart palpitations and I’ve never had an alert.
